Cortland was very professional and super helpful! As a first time homebuyer I was super anxious. Before starting the inspection he allowed me to voice my concerns, and walked me through what he was doing. He explained things very thoroughly. Looked at the all the small details. During the whole process, if I pointed something out, he was happy to answer any questions. At the end of everything, he made sure to check if all of my concerns were addressed. Even after the inspection, in his report he was very thorough.
