Thanks to Preferred Roofing & Exteriors, and CAMERON, I finally have a beautiful, new roof! My roof had major storm damage with structural damage, after a 100 year old pecan tree crashed through the top of my house. I thought I had good insurance with State Farm, and I even had extra coverage for this type of damage...I was wrong. The 1st roofer wasted 2 months fighting State Farm and got absolutely nowhere. THANK GOD, I found CAMERON! Cameron advocated for me, standing up to them for 3.5 months! He refused to back down until I was approved for a full roof replacement. I will never be able to thank him enough for getting me through this nightmare. He knows how to fight crooked insurance companies. He told me upfront that it would take time, but he kept me updated, and always responded quickly with any of my questions or concerns. He did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it!
State Farm and their adjuster mislead and outright lied to me. The money they gave me wasn't even enough for the supplies! They were just going to patch it, leaving half of the roof with old shingles, and half with patches of new shingles. They also refused to bring it up to code, but they didn't get by with any of this.
