My sump pump had been going off every 5 minutes for 4 months before I finally had a puddle start to form in my front yard. Precision Utilities came out same day I called, explained what they would be doing and gave a fair estimate. Came out the day before Thanksgiving, dug down probably 8 feet in my front yard while avoiding any damage to my beautiful oak tree not 6 feet away. Found the leak, fixed it, cleaned up everything as good as can be expected and were gone in about 4 hours. Definitely recommend!
I highly recommend Precision. We had a sewer service line that was damaged and Precision was out less than 24 hours later after initial contact and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. The crew were punctual, friendly, and professional. Bob, the foreman, explained everything that was going to happen and kept me updated with the progress while I was at work. They went the extra mile in all aspects! Any home owner should feel extremely comfortable working with Percision!

I found out about Precision Utilities through a family friend and i had hired them to replace the main sewage pipe at my home. I was thoroughly impressed with Cory and his teams level of professionalism and care that was demonstrated throughout the process. From the moment i had reached out to Cory, he was quick to respond and set up time to come out to my home and assess the issue along with providing detailed explanations about what i could expect. Cory made sure to address all of my questions and was transparent with the pricing. He was always available to speak on the phone or converse over texts and handled all communications with the city to ensure a permit was secured and additional information was provided. The work was completed with incredible attention to detail and i was assured that the pipe was installed/fixed with precision. I couldn't be happier with the final result and i highly recommend Precision Utilities.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Precision Utilities! I live in a Townhome Assoc and we discovered water coming out of one of those 5" Water caps on a Friday night. The City checked it out and relayed that it was going to be our expense vs the City. They provided a list of vendors and Precision Utilities came out on Saturday to assess the situation and was out Monday morning to do the repair. It took about 1/2 a day and after they left you couldn't even tell they had been there...except for the missing grass from where they had dug the 10' deep hole. They were professional, friendly and so efficient!

Courteous, knowledgeable, professional plumbing services. We have had them out to repair Delta faucets that we thought we would have to replace; they ended up saving us hundreds of dollars on that job and then again they recently replaced a corroded valve on our interior water meter. (photo of before and after) They are responsive, efficient and friendly. I would not hesitate to contact them for any residential plumbing needs. It is great to have a place you can call for service that has a real voice on the other end of the line that you can trust.

Precision Utilities came out to my home within an hour of receiving my call, quickly found and repaired a broken copper pipe in my basement ceiling and best of all only charged a very reasonable amount. I, highly recommend their services.
