Simply Exceptional in all ways! I just hired Precision TV Mounting & Smart Home to install a complete security system around my home. I am so glad I found this small family company to handle my complex security installation job. I am a stickler for quality, and these guys met and exceeded my expectations in every way. Rafael and Iris are an excellent team, and I could not be happier with the results. Lets break it down: 1. Impeccable Communication - the first phone call was answered immediately. I explained my needs and scheduled an urgent appointment. Rafael explained the process, cost, and gave me valuable recommendations on hardware, so I was ready with what would be needed for an immediate installation upon arrival. He gave me a clear breakdown of the costs, which were more reasonable than any other company I called. He was also highly responsive by text to answer my followup questions before they came to our initial appointment. They showed up on time and gave me a courtesy text with their exact eta. At every stage of the process, I was notified of the installation options, and I was consulted on everything before it was done. 2. Top Notch Expertise - It became clear right away that Rafael is extremely knowledgeable. I called multiple companies who either could not handle the complex job on my two story home, or who were exorbitantly expensive. Rafael proposed a novel solution to accomplish everything I desired, and he offered me a volume discount on the multi camera installation to boot! 3. Singular Quality of Workmanship and Attention to Detail - the entire job was done with such superb precision. A detailed plan of action was outlined before installation. Every camera was installed carefully and precisely. The necessary complex electrical work was performed impeccably. Afterwards, they meticulously cleaned every space they were working in (both inside and outside my home). Then they touched up everything around the cameras with the exterior paint I provided, and the end result was flawless. I have very high standards for quality as well as an eagle eye for detail, and every time I walk around my home now, I am so pleased, because everything just looks so good, its satisfying to the eye and a pleasure to look at (instead of the eye sore I feared it would be). Rafael set up all of the software, connected everything to the security system, and patiently adjusted every camera "just so", so I could get the optimal view from each camera that I wanted. He gave me so much valuable advice on the overall security system, so that everything would work flawlessly. Iris was always there, making the work flow effortlessly, providing what was needed, and acting as ground support, while Rafael worked high up on his ladder to get my cameras installed. My job was large and they needed two days to complete everything. They worked very late both days to make sure everything planned was completed before leaving for the day. In summary: I'm very pleased! The overall job was completed with perfection. I simply have zero complaints. These guys are amazing (not to mention very pleasant to work with). Quality workmanship and attention to detail like this is so rare! If you are nervous about hiring someone due to previous bad experiences with contractors (like I was), do yourself a favor and call Rafael and Iris, you will not be disappointed! I have literally never had a home contractor experience this good until Precision TV Mounting & Smart Home. You won't regret trusting them, I am so thrilled that I did!
