Justin is great! Our furnace started blowing cold air and we couldn’t find anyone to get back to us or even answer their phone! Justin answered on a Sunday morning and was here within an hour. Figured out the problem straight away, and also recommended a follow up visit, so that this doesn’t keep happening in the future. I feel very safe now, knowing that we have a professional that we can count on. Thank you!!

Justin is absolutely wonderful. Responsive, transparent, and timely. After a couple estimates, I decided to go with Precision because of all of these for my AC replacement. I knew exactly what I was getting, his team was very professional and they replaced the whole system in less time than he even originally predicted. It’s been a couple of months now and the system has been absolutely wonderful. I’d recommend him time and again.

My HVAC went out and he told me how to fix it over the phone. The outdoor unit was really dirty and I hosed it off. He was happy to come over but gave me the option for a quick DIY and it worked.

It was 90 degrees abd the AC stopped working at our rental. Justin fit us in and had the issue fixed in less than 2 hours. He coordinated his arrival with our tenant and called me when it was done, also sending pictures. Very fast and friendly. I will use them if we have issues again!

Justin was extremely responsive, very helpful and his experience got our furnace running as it should in less than two hours! We had an issue with a sensor in our furnace, something he had seen before in our exact model, so he was able to fix that as well as a sparking furnace switch with materials he already had with him in his truck. Will definitely be calling Justin if any issues arise in the future!

My furnace decided to quit on me this year. Full replacement needed. I reached out to multiple companies, large and small. The ONLY one that got back to me was Precision. Justin was not only communicative, but he was fair, informative to my options, and was allowing me to have the final say. Within a couple of days, we scheduled my install, and my heat was up and running! I cannot stress enough the importance of supporting a good small business that uses their trade to benefit people, not just to upsell them for a quick buck. They will have my business for years to come!
