I don't like giving negative reviews but I guess I am just frustrated by the way the service department does not respond to our emails.
We purchased a modular home a few years ago and have recently had to re-level the home. We followed all requests for a certain slab layout but the installers used cheap blocks and they broke under the pressure of the home. This was not our fault.
We have sent photos to Pratt Homes with no reply.
Don't expect service after the sale. We love our home but it is a major problem if its not installed correctly.
