I drop in a power tool to be repaired that was still under warranty, I had purchased it elsewhere but they are an approved repair and service agent for the brand. A week later they notified me the item had been repaired under warranty and was ready for collection, they dealt directly with the manufacturer, it did not cost me a cent. I was very satisfied with the service they provided and I would recommend them.
