I called Powerhouse Electric because I was having issues with my Google Nest Doorbell (Battery) and wanted to replace it with a Google Nest Doorbell (Wired) and upgrade my doorbell transformer. When I originally called Johnny, I just asked for an estimate to do the job and he said he’d be happy to stop by, take a look, and give me an estimate for free.
When he arrived, he quickly determined that one of the wires had become disconnected, which was causing the issues with the Google Nest Doorbell (Battery). However, because the battery version of the Google Nest Doorbell is notorious for not working well in freezing temperatures, I scheduled an appointment for him to come back to install the Google Nest Doorbell (Wired) along with a more powerful doorbell transformer.
The day before the installation, he texted me to confirm the appointment and arrived promptly on time. We then walked through exactly how I wanted the new Google Nest Doorbell (Wired) installed, the angle, etc. and within no time, the new doorbell was up and running. He then spent time with me testing all aspects of the new doorbell connectivity to ensure it was working exactly how I wanted.
