We’re incredibly thankful to have had Paddy (usually at IMM branch) as our interior designer. From the start, I had very specific ideas about how I wanted our home to look, and Paddy was always respectful, supportive, and willing to help bring those ideas to life. He never imposed his own preferences, but instead worked closely with us to make sure the final outcome reflected what we truly wanted.
Throughout the renovation journey, we were quite particular — and at times, admittedly anxious — but Paddy always gave us reassurance and peace of mind. When my wife and I needed an interior designer who understood our vision and could make it into a reality. After extensive research and consultations, we chose Posh Living Interior Design in October 2024. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we made for our new home.
Jerrel was the ID assigned to us and his designs really blend together with what we had in mind for our living space. From his thoughtful layouts and suggestions to color and advice perfectly matched what we had been looking for. Our experience working with Jerrel was nothing short of exceptional.
From the initial conceptualisation meetings to the final handover, the entire process was remarkably smooth and stress-free. He listened intently to our ideas (we were going for Japandi style), our lifestyle needs as a married couple and birds owners. He made us feel heard and valued throughout the entire project.
He is always in contact with us throughout the journey. We never felt left in the dark or anxious on the timeline or the several milestones of the journey. He was always clear in explaining design concepts, material choices, and the various stages of the renovation. Our questions, whether big or small, were answered promptly, often within hours, which gave us immense peace of mind. He understood that my working hours were not flexible so I may have texted him questions during his off-hours telling him to answer during his own working hours. He still replied straightaway! (Sorry Jerrel, I still feel really bad! psps >.<)
There was also some issue with the aircon vendor we hired but he managed to solve it for us fast! He was also able to handle our requests for changes and rectifications (within reasons of course).
The rectification process, post-completion, was also managed swiftly and professionally, ensuring that every detail was perfected to our satisfaction. The service and workmanship quality provided by Posh, under Jerrel's guidance, were of the highest standard. The contractors he engaged were skilled and paid very close attention to every detail. The finishes were flawless, and the overall execution of the design was EXCELLENT.
My wife and I moved into our newly renovated home on February 14, 2025, and every day since, we've admired the quality of the work. Being able to move into our new home on Valentine Day itself was also thanks to him and his team.

We engaged with Ray for his services to design and renovate our new home and we are happy with how it turned out. He offered useful guidance and advice when we were figuring out the concept we wanted, and was flexible with changes mid-way. He is very responsible and will fix any issues that we raise. He is also very creative and will suggest alternative solutions/ideas when needed. All in all, we are glad we found Ray :)

Among the four IDs we interviewed that day, he immediately stood out with his sincere, down-to-earth approach — no pushy sales tactics, just genuine interest in understanding our vision.
After our initial meeting, he promptly followed up with a detailed and reasonably priced quotation. Once we decided to go ahead with him for our project, we were delighted to discover just how seamless the entire renovation journey would be.

We met Ray by chance while searching for an ID in IMM.
Ray approached us politely and was ready to give us advice without obligation. This was what impressed us.
In our next meeting with Ray, Ken was roped in to assist in the design discussion.
The whole design process was pretty seamless, of course there were those usual feedbacks and adjustments made which meant to make all the designs work to suit our personal needs and expectations.
Carpentry works were our main focus, which include wardrobe with display shelving, an L-Shape kitchen cabinet, a feature wall that covers the household shelter and DB cabinet, improvisation of DB cabinet with shoes shelving, and a display shelving.
The whole renovation process was carried out with regular meet-ups and discussions, but more importantly is the responsiveness that Ray and Ken provided to ensuring everything worked smoothly and on schedule despite there was the CNY break, as well as our in-between overseas holidays, where the both gentlemen continued the progress relentlessly.
We had our little but cozy house handled over to us within 2 months with great feelings.

Chanced upon Ray from Posh Living who is our interior designer for our first new home.
With little to no knowledge on renovation, we did not really know where to start off.
Ray is kind, patient and understanding. From late night zoom meetings or last-minute phone calls, he always makes time for us.
