非常感谢POSH Living的伟伦，我的bto在找设计师或装修商，当我去逛IMM的电器及家具时，无意间走到POSH，当时不知道是设计公司，我在公司门口站着看他们的小册子很久，只有坐在后面的伟伦出来，热情的跟我打招呼，并向我咨询我的需求，耐心的介绍他们公司以及产品，我们现在还在报价沟通阶段，今天他也是耐心的一项一项给我勾出，目前只是一些公司的条件和最后的价钱还在考虑，不管最后的结果怎么样，对他本人耐心、热情的服务态度都是100%的认可。

We signed with Jeraldine from PoshLiving for our 4-room BTO renovation in 2023. We got to know of Jeraldine through a friend’s recommendation, to whom they were also recommended to Jeraldine. It’s almost a year since the completion of our renovation and true enough, we are now personally recommending her to our contacts too. Jeraldine’s really easy going to work with, very experienced and most importantly prompt with her responses and updates. We knew exactly what we wanted for our 4-room renovation, but needed an ID to bring it to life & help coordinate all the communications. We really appreciated how she kept us updated knowing we can’t be on site too frequent due to commitments, and even when there’s no progress just yet due to CNY break delays, she lets us know truthfully too to manage expectations. As a senior designer, Jeraldine has a few projects ongoing but works really hard to ensure we felt prioritised. We were very particular with minor details such as the gap height of our bottom kitchen cabinet to ensure our vacuum head is able to fit when vacuuming, and many other things and Jeraldine was extremely patient and ensured all our asks were met. Any concerns raised to her were promptly answered and rectified. And even almost a year in, when she said she’ll still be around for post-reno service, she meant it. Jeraldine remains responsive and helpful till date. We truly had a pleasant reno journey and we can’t recommend her enough. An honest hardworking lady.

We would like to express our thanks to Wei Lun for his great service even though we didn’t go ahead with him in the end. He’s very prompt in his replies and he always tries his best to understand our home requirements and answer all our enquiries patiently. His positive and friendly attitude and service is very commendable so thank you so much and we wish you all the best for your future endeavors!

My wife and I have engaged with Philip from Posh Living to renovate our BTO and I was impressed with the timeliness and quality of the end product. Philip was meticulous and proactive in ensuring that every finishing are of high standards. As we were first timers in renovation works, he advised with practicality in mind rather than giving in to all our ideas, and it reaffirmed that Philip is committed to creating an ideal home for us. He synergised well with his network of sub contractors to ensure my demands were met, eg. data points laid across the whole house, seamless aircon piping works and high quality carpentry works. We would like to give special thanks to Posh Living - both Philip and Wei Lun. They are most commendable in their prompt responsiveness. Whether it was answering my questions, addressing concerns and giving solutions, or providing updates on the project's progress, they were always very prompt in their response This fostered a strong sense of trust and reliabilty throughout the entire process. They also provide good customer service and project management skills. From coordinating deliveries to scheduling subcontractors, they demonstrated they can keep the project on track and within budget. They also have good contacts with various reliable and reputable suppliers which made the whole process more seamless. Although there are some hiccup here and there, overall they have done a great job. We are satisfied with the outcome of the renovation. In conclusion, we like their responsiveness, project & time management, and suppliers recommendations. Thanks Philip and Wei Lun for providing such good service. 🙏🙏

Our Id is Philip and he had been an excellent interior design for us from the initial consultation to the final touches, displaying professionalism, responsibility and attention to detail. Throughout the renovation, he was always there to provide updates of the progression and constantly engaging us about our preference for the renovation. As with most renovation, there is bound to have hiccups along the way and we are grateful to have Philip provide his professional solution/option. Hereby taking this opportunity to say a big thank you to Philip and the team of contractors behind our renovation. Knowing that Philip would provide an excellent service with an responsible attitude, we would definitely recommend him to our friends and family!

Firstly , i would like to take a moment to appreciate my ID(s) Rex & Weilun for their effort in coordinating my project . Their eye for details and willingness to resolve any issue that came up during the renovation is something i really appreciate . Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this interior design service. Despite initially being impressed by the positive online reviews, the follow-up and professionalism fell short. After our consultation at the IMM outlet, where we shared our renovation ideas with Daphne, we were promised with a follow up but never received one. Despite being advised to communicate via text, there has been no response for two months. This lack of communication and unfulfilled promises reflect poorly on the company's professionalism and sincerity. Therefore, I would not recommend their services to others.

We didn't know much about home reno and just took a leap of faith with Posh Living after walking around in IMM. It turned out well - Thanks to Philip and Wailun for bringing our first home to life. They were friendly, patient and very open, took time to understand what we wanted/needed and gave their own advices based on experience. They were prompt with their follow ups too,. Plus, we got feedback from neighbours that our carpentry work was very good compared to theirs! Thanks guys!

Daphne Chan at Posh Living is a design genius. Her creative flair and ability to blend aesthetics with practicality gave our home a fresh and inspiring look. Daphne, thank you for making our living space so vibrant and welcoming.

Thanks to my ID Jeraldine of Posh Living Interior Design Pte Ltd, which renovated my 4 rm BTO. I love my cozy home, Jeraldine has good taste for colour combinations and style, she is also knowledgeable, reliable, to me, she is very patient when I cannot make up my mind on choosing colours or materials, she gave her opinions and I trusted her. Quality and workmanship for carpentry works are satisfactory too. Though there were minor issues, Jeraldine and team solved them professionally. Thanks ☺️

Our living area was revitalized at Posh Living by Daphne Chan's artistic vision. Her ability to blend style and utility is really amazing. We are thrilled with the changes she made to our house.

We had the pleasure of working alongside with Farhan from Posh Living Interior Design. He carefully considered every detail of our design, from color schemes and our personality, resulting in a simple yet elegant and cohesively stunning interior. We expressed our interests and concerns for certain lightings and colours and he was able to execute our request timely and with full excellence. He always replies our messages and got back to us in a timely manner with a sense of urgency - treating us with absolute priority. Our house now feels like a daily luxurious retreat and we owe it all to him! He managed the entire project seamlessly and in a timely manner - making the whole process stress free because we can count on him. Farhan is a trustworthy designer and easy to work with as he would not hesitate to assist us in any matters in any time of the day. Thank you Farhan!

Florence Chen and the team at Posh Living brought a touch of pure luxury to our home. With an unparalleled sense of style, Florence turned our living space into a haven of sophistication. We are absolutely delighted with the result!!!

Wei Lun and Philip were the first IDs we actually spoke to when we first embarked on our ID search. After a few months of speaking with several other IDs and many different multiple meetings, we actually surprised ourselves when we ultimately felt that we vibed with them the best. And yea, the whole reno experience was great! It was relatively pain-free, no broken promises and overall just, smooth. Wei Lun was our main contact person throughout the whole process, and we are thankful for his responsiveness and overall management of the project. Philip was there for us when we were considering "weird" requests and we really appreciated his tips and advice that shaped our impractical ideas into a workable and practical reality. Thanks to the both of you and the rest of the team for making our renovation experience a positive one!!

Working with Jay Lim was an absolute pleasure! He was incredibly attentive to our needs and preferences throughout the entire design process. Despite a few inevitable hiccups during the renovation, he remained responsible and always went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of promptly. Highly recommend his services!

It's been 3 months since the completion of our reno work, and we can wholeheartedly recommend Cynthia and her team at Posh Living for their diligence in managing our renovation project and delivering on time per the original schedule. This was critical for us because we were renovating "in place", so any delays would have prolonged our disamenities. Cynthia ensured that the project stayed on schedule and deftly coordinated the various works to minimise inconvenience. Getting good labour is really difficult these days. Cynthia's teams for carpentry, painting and electrical works were efficient and delivered quality work based on our experience thus far. We couldn't be more satisfied in this regard. We also commend Posh Living for their pricing transparency and itemised costing, which simplified the process of finalising what we wanted. There was never any hard sell and in fact, Cynthia did her best to squeeze out the best outcomes within our budget. We liked how quickly Cynthia "latched on" to our preferences in style - especially colours and tones, and quickly extrapolated it to the entire house, without sacrificing the individual preference of family members. She also suggested helpful "lobangs" that made it easier to achieve our vision, particularly in the storage and AV department. On a final note, we picked Cynthia as ID, not by shopping around or asking for proposals, but based on the work we saw in another unit in our development. As the saying goes, one's work speaks for itself better than any marketing material, and we are happy to have chosen right by Posh Living for what's a significant long-term investment.

Working with Alex Lee and Posh Living was an amazing pleasure. Our dream became a reality thanks to his relentless attention to detail and expertise of design. These days, Alex's excellent taste and ability are on display throughout our home.

Chris Tay of Posh Living well exceeded our expectations with his creative idea. Our home now embodies the perfect balance of design and functionality. Chris's commitment to excellence shines through in everything.
