We hired a bouncy castle for our daughter's birthday in the garden, and it was absolutely brilliant. Booking online was really straightforward, and everything went smoothly. They turned up on time, got it all set up quickly, and took it down again without any fuss. The kids had such a great time, and it couldn’t have been easier for us. Would definitely recommend!

We hired a bouncy castle and soft play for my son’s 3rd birthday party. The didi cars were a hit! The soft play was perfect for the little ones and the bouncy castle was just perfect as we had a venue with a low ceiling. This is the first time we have hired a bouncy castle so I was a little apprehensive wether they would deliver on time etc but Darren was so reassuring and friendly and the service was fantastic from delivering on time to collecting on time without any issues! I will definitely book them again without any hesitation. Thank you Darren.

The bouncy castles themselves were great, and the service excellent value. We have a sloping driveway though with three shallow steps which meant that sadly they are unable to get the bouncy castles safely into our garden. Just be careful to tell them if you do have a few shallow steps; they didn’t let us down on the day which I appreciate, but they did make it clear that this would be too steep and impractical for a ramp in the future.

Hi I have just seen you have left us a 3 star review, 2/8/24 I appreciate you said you we’re happy with the castles, service and the price, for a booking we did for you on June 29th 2024 However I feel it’s very unfair leaving us 3 stars just because I said we wouldn’t deliver to you in September Every delivery and set up carried out we do a dynamic risk assessment and on your delivery there was a number of issues hence not wanting to delivery again, please see photos, Our inflatables are very very heavy over 100kg each, The steps was not the only problem, the slabs down the side of the house were not very wide, ie not wide enough for our sack barrow making it very difficult for to pull the castles on the gravel, also the was a large drop on to next doors drive that had a lot of wood with nails in etc which could be dangerous if the castles fell of the wheels whilst menouvering, in the tight space avaiable parking outside your house was also restricted due to the number of toys etc in road meaning we had to block the road to unload, while we unloaded and had to move the van to let a neighbour out then resume unloading then leave our van at the top of the street while we set up Adding all the above together made this a very difficult and time consuming delivery, but we didn’t want to let you down as we knew how much you son was looking forward to having the inflatables having chose them himself off our website We would be happy to supply you inflatables maybe in different garden without the above problems or an indoor venue Kind regards Darren - Posh Castles
