Porter Wood Law were professional, polite and helpful. Talked to me properly, up front, about my claim and the fees rather than just pointing me to a form. I had the same point of contact throughout who was great. They also achieved the maximum amount for my claim. I feel they have could made me more aware of how long it was potentially going to take from the off - no one wants to pay out, so the liable company take their sweet time - but my contact always responded quickly and clearly to any queries. I was recommended to to this company from a friend after my original solicitors dropped my case, when speaking to chris he was very understanding and took my case on and was always at the end of the phone when I needed updates on my case ,we had several meetings also nothing was to much trouble for him can't thank chris enough for all he as done thanks again chris for helping to get the right result.
