We evaluated several hurricane window installation companies before selecting Portal Innovations. What set them apart was their focus on the solution rather than the sale. We met with Jason (owner) out at Eastern glass factory so we could see all the options first hand . We successfully worked with Jason and his team to coordinate installations on 20 units . They were on time and on budget and were very responsive and professional throughout the process .The best testimonial on how it went is that 25 more units have signed on for Phase 2 .

The new impact windows and doors came out great, and we especially appreciate Paul making a special trip up to Tampa to get the garage door window for us so we could meet our installation schedule on-time. Portal Innovations did a great job for us. We had the original 25 year old builder grade windows and sliders in our house. Thanks to Portal Innovations we now have fully upgraded hurricane impact windows and sliders throughout our house. The entire team was nice to work with. After Hurricane Ian, most of my neighbors had their damaged windows replaced. I had heard horror stories about delays, prices, etc. I acquired many, many quotes while making a window replacement decision. The ownership is hands on from quote to installation. They told me when to expect my windows and were exactly on time. A matter of weeks, not months. No delays, no attempted price increases. I’ve had a great experience with Portal Innovation. Paul came out and gave me a prompt quote. Maureen has a great attitude and kept me informed about the progress of the window order and permitting. Jason and his crew were very professional and knew what they were doing, while installing my PGT Wingard windows, which I’m very happy with. They also replaced some rotted window frame with hardie board which looks so good and now we don’t have to worry about it rotting. Very refreshing to work with such a professional company and crew! We suffered severe damage from Ian. Portal Innovations returned calls, showed up for quotes, delivered what they said when they said it all very professionally, high quality and friendly. We have had some bad experiences with contractors but for windows and siding….I can highly recommend them!
I can not say enough good things about this company. The service, communication all more than 5 stars. They were there for me whenever I had a question during the process. They always kept me in the loop on scheduling- daily! My house looks so amazing. We had a big job to get done and they did it with perfection and in a timely manner.
