Service was wonderful! Nitish presented some awesome options when I was stuck and was very helpful. 😊 Just be aware if the site says it's in stock - it means it's in stock at the warehouse and might need a click & collect.

Just adding a review to let people know they do ship to NZ. Whole process took about 3 weeks from point of purchase to doorstep, pretty much hassle-free with parcel tracking. Got my phone at a great price. Cheers guys :)

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had an iPhone 16 pro max screen replaced. Only for a week later it became faulty. Now 4 weeks later the second screen is faulty they are saying it’s my fault. Hello loser it’s your doggy product no me!

Your first screen was replaced free of cost under warranty when you reported a touch issue, and when you returned again, we also replaced your second screen free of cost to support you. On your most recent visit, the screen showed clear physical damage, and the lines appearing on the display are a common sign of impact or pressure. Because this is physical damage, it cannot be covered under warranty, as warranty only applies to manufacturing faults. We’re still happy to help with repair options anytime.
