Was charged $245 and phone wasn't even fixed.
Took it to a real phone technician (Apple) and was told that the battery they put in the phone was poor quality, they didn't put the screen on properly (and apparently put a non-official screen on when I asked them to keep the original screen on when I decided to not go through with the full repair).
Also they don't get back to you when they say they will. When I tried to call them, they pick up the phone and put it to the side to be ignored.
Avoid this place unless you want to be charged to have your phone further damaged.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a phone case (I’m in NZ), on the 7th Oct and courier tracking said it was delivered on the 17th, only it wasn’t. Since the 17th I have tried over and over to get someone to contact me. I have filled out the forms several times and been told by the useless AI that someone from support will be in touch and that, no, I can’t talk to a real person. I have been totally ignored and feel completely ripped off. I have received no support or service. I would never buy from you again and I would advise at least anyone in NZ not to waste their money.

Pasadena store
Saw the guys at the Pasadena outlet last week. Updated my case and screen protector. Fingerprint reader wasn't working when I got home. Went back today, they changed it to a gel protector at no extra charge. Now it woks a treat. Very happy. Thoroughly recommend them.

Had to get my Samsung phone repaired at this place...the telstra shop was useless....Raj up at pop phone in Munno Para Sc was fantastic told me he will look at it but it might take a couple of days but once he opened the phone up it only took 2 hours for him to repair the phone a S23 ultra ...so if you need a phone fixed i can highly recommend this place top service at a very reasonable price 👍

So so helpful! Definitely would recommend! I had my phone completely shut itself off, another phone place try to charge me $300 to fix it, walked in here and he fixed it for me straight away, no charge! Very very grateful!

Hello Carolyn, Sorry to hear but we are just the collection and drop off point for parcel services. We don't have to do anything with this as you haven't order anything from POP Phones. The system is developed in a way that we can't see when your parcel is coming so you have to check with the sender and keep tracking your order. I ordered a case and screen protector online. The products were great except they were shipped in an envelope meant for a letter. I had to pay $6.40 to recieve my items from Aus post. I've emailed 3 times about this issue to no replies. I just want the extra cost I had to pay refunded.

Disrespect on person with very bad illnesses
Golden Grove branch are nothing but but liars and fake and compassion at all I've been to media consumer affairs and found out all info about them I even video it she claimed I was threatening her abusing aggressive I had my career with me plans the customers as I waited for them to come out and ask if the were willing to be witnesses from the time I entered

Great service .. very honest with repairs and time frame .. detailed explanation of phone issues , really eased my mind that a repair is viable and no new phone required.
