A Very good experience.
I was very fortunate to find this business to upgrade my I Phone. Shah and the lady he worked with were very polite and respectful. They were extremely helpful in setting me up with an I Phone 13 which has made my life so much better after the I Phone 7 broke down. They were very professional and efficient. I was very impressed with the service given and the product that I have bought. Highly recommended.

UTTER SCAM WENT TO GET PHONE FIXED CAMERA WAS WORKING PRIOR TO THE SCREEN GETTING FIXED AFTER THE LADY SO CALLED FIXED THE SCREEN THE CAMERA WASNT WORKING WE WERE INFORMED IF ANY ISSUES SHE WOULD FIX IT FREE OF CHARGE TO THEN HAVE THE PHONE WITHHELD FROM US TILL AN ADDITIONAL PAYMENT WAS MADE. AVOID HERE AT ALL COST ESPECIALLY IF THE LADY IS ON.

Completely rubbish service, nasal voice Indian lady wouldn’t help me out properly when I was asking questions. Took 5 tries to get the screen protector I asked for on correctly, with air bubbles I had to extract myself.
Screen protector was $40 and broke from a 40cm fall after on being on for 2 days. Asked for a refund and was told no we don’t do warranty and was told I can buy a new one at a discounted price. Absolute piss take.
Don’t shop here, go to another credible phone store.
