Useless garbage.
Terrible experience, when I received this thing, my SIM would not fit as it is a Nano one, I had to get an adaptor, when I got that and installed my SIM I found the phone does NOT work, I can't make phone calls as I can't hear anything with it although the volume is set on 9. It does not work to send SMS messages at all.
I sent an email to Popphones, they have ignored it.

Came in to ask if a iPhone 12 battery case was in stock milind didn't have one but phoned another store and tracked one down and personally delivered it to my home adress, as I needed it on the day, would defnitely shop again

Paid for goods but nothing arrived
I paid for a watch in February for my son’s birthday, it still hasn’t arrived in April. Apparently it’s been lost in transit but Australia Post are the ones trying to help - their hands are tied until Pop Phones initiate a claim. Pop Phones have done very little other than say (via the chat) that they’re sorry and they’ll escalate it. Obviously we want our money back but have heard nothing. Very disappointed.

Absolutely woeful. I ordered on line and heard nothing in a week. I tried to contact them but no phone number and can only do a chat. They can't help with delivery issues and merely refer it onto another team, but won't give you any contact details to talk to that team. Worst service ever.
