Minus stars from me, but I have to click a star to review This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a phone case (I’m in NZ), on the 7th Oct and courier tracking said it was delivered on the 17th, only it wasn’t. Since the 17th I have tried over and over to get someone to contact me. I have filled out the forms several times and been told by the useless AI that someone from support will be in touch and that, no, I can’t talk to a real person. I have been totally ignored and feel completely ripped off. I have received no support or service. I would never buy from you again and I would advise at least anyone in NZ not to waste their money.
