Hi Jay, can you pleases provide us with the receipt of the repair we have done for you, I think you might have confused us with the other repair store at the shopping centre, they have similar yellow fitout which might have confused you and they have also closed there google account due to lots of bad reviews. We really didn't served you and we never believe in disrespecting any one no matter what and will also not tolerate this behaviour by any of our team member. Ty

Hello Luke, thank you for the review. Let's discuss the situation in more detail. Your friend bought a phone from us which we never guaranteed nor said that it's an Australian model. Our supplier gets the phones from all over the world in auctions, 72 points certify it and then send it to us which we sell with 1 Year Warranty to everyone. We don't have control over which country the phone belongs, but they are all genuine, excellent condition and network unlocked. The thing is that you were not the actual customer, we sold the phone to your friend and you intentionally brainwashed her that it's an international phone so you just get refund and that's what our staff said to your friend that if you are not happy we can definitely do that refund and that's what we did. But you created the scene and misbehaved with the staff and staff has every right to defend themselves. When the staff was dealing with the customer (your friend) directly so you have not right to be agreesive and abusive with our staff. We still respect your friend because she was really polite and we have no regrets that we have refunded her and have looked after her. Don't just try to misuse your local guide tag by Google to just damage the position of small business like us. Customer is and customers will always be our priority. We know how how to put our stance. We will keep focusing on quality service which we are renowned for . Thank you. After our first reply this guy has now amended his review and it's important to us to give our response to it. Just for the sake of proving his lie, nor the phone was broken and is also working properly on 4G, he is just one of those people who has nothing to do but to poke his nose in other's matters, we know the rules and we have got quality trained staff. You are suggesting people to go to jb or office works to get a refurbished phone and we totally respect your recommendation but you dont even know that they don't sell refurb phones and it's completely different category, please do some home work before recommending any thing. Lastly IAM happy to share the video that the customer apologiesed to us on his behalf and left happy and with satisfaction. We respect our customers and we don't need these kind of abusive people to communicate on behalf on our respected customers.
