horrible experience!!!!! the lady at the counter was nice and did back lamination for iphone but she wasnt experienced at all. While she was doing her work on my phone the manager came in and started upselling by saying that I should get camera lens protection, phone case for my phone which was highly over priced($39.99 for a transparent phone case and $30 for camera lens protector). I instantly rejected and said its too expensive for me. The worst part was that when I went back to the lady, the manager came along and saw that the lady was applying lamination on my camera lens as well and he instantly told her not to do that which was shocking because I paid $40 for lamination only and that didnt even include lens and edges of my phone. PLS HAVE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES AS WELL, THE WORK THEY DID FOR MY PHONE, terrible!!!

Regarding the stickers mentioned, there seems to be another misunderstanding; we only use professional lamination materials and never apply extra stickers to devices. However, it is clear that you are unhappy with the final result and the experience overall.

I would like to clarify a few points regarding your service. Regarding the camera lens: our manager’s instruction was to ensure the lamination did not cover the lens itself, as applying film directly over the glass can often blur photo quality. We always aim to protect the phone without compromising its performance. Additionally, we would like to assure you that we do not apply any unofficial stickers to devices during our process; we only use professional-grade lamination materials.

That being said, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with the final result, we would be more than happy to provide you with a full refund. Please feel free to visit us in-store or contact us directly at churchill@popphones.com.au. so we can make this right for you immediately.

The shop assistant seemed super nice but ripped me off something shocking. Over charging for items. Trying to get me to buy extra items I didn’t need and subpar workmanship. They have now given me a better option and better quality the 3rd time but upon receiving receipt by email it looks as though they still ripped me off by over charging. Buyer beware.
