If you’re looking to build a pool look no further than Pool Perfection. This wasn’t our first pool build and in fact we’ve had five pools. Without question, Pool Perfection is the best. My wife and I are very particular and they exceeded our expectations. It started with the first meeting with Justin. He took the time to listen and design the pool WE wanted. The construction kickoff meeting, which I’d never had with other companies, set the construction expectations. The construction process was seamless. Each crew in the build process showed up when scheduled, were very professional, and did the job as expected. Nick was our site supervisor. He provided weekly updates, did lots of site visits, had great communication, and was always available to answer any questions. They told us our pool would be finished in eight weeks and they were right on schedule. Amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. So to Nick, Tracie, Justin, and all the build crews…. THANK YOU.

Overall we have had a great experience with Pool Perfection, there have definitely been some hiccups along the way, but we are more than pleased with our pool. We signed our contract in December 2024 and our pool is just now complete. Our pool designer was Drew and we greatly enjoyed working with him! He helped us shape the pool to best fit our yard and home. It was so nice to be able to go to their studio and pick out products that we could see and feel. This especially helped with picking out tile, decking and turf. Tracie the permitting manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and was always available to ask questions. Our project was submitted to permitting in February and we received permit in April but had to resubmit as it was different than the original plan. We then got full permitting in June. We were assigned to Nick for our project manager, he has been great and extremely knowledgeable. Our project broke ground at the beginning of August. We had issues early on with our sewer line getting hit despite having it moved by an approved plumber beforehand, thankfully Nick was fast to get that situation taken care of. The build process was smooth and fun to witness. Nick listened to our concerns through the process and was quick to answer questions. He even fixed our gates to fit code! Our pool was filled two weeks ago now. We are more than pleased with the final product and can’t wait to entertain in our new space. Our pups are especially loving it. We can’t wait to do “Pool School” with the crew so that we can learn more about pool ownership as this is our first.

Reached out to them for a quote. They came out to the property on 9/15. Told us 5-7 days for renderings and their quote. Here we are on 10/2 with nothing still…. Reached out to the designer a few times. Was expecting better, don’t waste your time cause they don’t seem interested.

Investing in a pool was a big deal for us, so finding the right builder was important, especially given the horror stories from friends and neighbors. We solicited several quotes, but ultimately went with Pool Perfection thanks in large part to Cyndi. She was great in capturing our vision and listened to the proposed design changes we had, while the others we obtained quotes from did not. Pool Perfection’s price was competitive with the other quotes we received, but it was Cyndi’s time, attention, and customer support that sold us. After agreeing to the quote we were able to visit the show room and pick out materials. It was a very streamlined process as Pool Perfection had all the materials on site to compare and contrast. We got to see 3D designs of the project and they didn’t push us to sign until we were 100% satisfied. At contract signing we were told it would take about 30 days for the permit and the dig would promptly commence after permit issuance. We were told the pool would be ready approximately 5-6 weeks from dig. Our permit was approved in 2 days and within a week we were having a kickoff meeting with Nick, our project manager. That same weekend we had the land scraped and a hole was being dug the following Monday. Nick was very communicative throughout the build. He sent a weekly text every Monday AM letting us know what to expect and had inspections queued up the day after each construction milestone. If there was ever a question or concern, Nick was available via text and he promptly responded. There were 2 minor issues that came up during the build and Nick had them promotly resolved the very next day. Our pool ended up being built within 30 days, which was well within Pool Perfection’s initial estimate, but more importantly it was built right. We are in the process of coordinating our final walk-through and will update this review, if necessary. But so far we are very happy with our decision to go with Pool Perfection. Their professionalism and quality of work are hard to beat.

We are so glad we went with Pool Perfection for our pool renovation. We had four companies come out and we were very impressed with Justin from the start. He came out several times and also met us after hours to put together the perfect pool for us. After permits were approved Nick the project manager took over and walked us through step by step on what the process would be. He sent us a text every Monday on what to expect for the week . We had a nightmare happen with our old pool and had to choose between getting rid of it or having it rebuilt, renewed..basically a new pool put in. My wife and I decided to put in a new pool.
