Poolgenix handled a refit of our pool, including repairs to the hydraulics, all new circulation pumps and a brand new chemical dosing and monitoring system. The service was thorough and beyond professional. The most stand out factor for me though is the unreal level of aftercare: no question or problem is too daft or small, it’s always dealt with quickly, professionally and effectively.

We received outstanding service from Ant at Poolgenix Ltd We contacted Ant, who responded fast and efficiently, fitted our new heat pump and serviced our filter, replacing the sand with new media. Everywhere was left as it should be! Cannot recommend highly enough; these guys know their stuff.

A valve on our endless pool was leaking so we had to drain down and shut the valves. We had a repair organised but the company let us down and despite numerous tries we could get an answer. Our pool was out of action and needed an urgent repair. We searched for other companies and found Poolgenix. I cannot express how different the experience was. Ant replied on the day he received our enquiry, was in contact at every stage of the job and was a pleasure to meet and work with. The price was clear and extremely reasonable. Highly recommended.

Ant was absolutely brilliant! I was recommended Poolgenix by a family friend as I was struggling to get a pool company to come out a take a look at my pool. He came out next day and I had a quote the same day. Ant fitted a new heat pump a few days later for me and I was blown away with his knowledge and experience of pools. We have had a pool for 8 years and I learnt more from Ant in 30 minutes, that I had in all that time!! Can’t recommend him highly enough, he blows his competitors out the water!!
