I was referred by my orthopaedist to Core Concepts for customised insoles and had my consultation with Alexandra. I went in for a navicular injury, and she was very thorough in assessing my condition and explaining what was going on.
She also showed me exercises to strengthen the area and took the time to address all my concerns. Alexandra is very friendly, easy to talk to, and gave really helpful advice. i’m very grateful and would definitely recommend her.

I came to this Podiatry Quest branch for a painful corn on my toe and saw James. He was very thorough and removed it so carefully that I didn’t feel any pain at all.
I had the same treatment done at another clinic when James was off from work, but the discomfort came back after a few weeks. This time, it feels like it’s been done much more thoroughly. He also gave me shoe advice to help stop it from coming back.
The clinic is also modern and very clean, and the location has a calm, peaceful vibe. It actually feels nice coming in for appointments.

Came here to treat my suspected fat pad atrophy due to pain in centre of left heel, and did a total of 5 sessions with Podiatrist Alex. She was super friendly and thorough in her examination, recommendation and treatments. Symptoms felt significant improved towards the 4th session. I’m glad to have been referred to Boon Kiah at Podiatry Quest by my personal trainer. I had been suffering from plantar fasciitis in my right heel for about three months, with sharp pain especially in the mornings. It affected my daily routine significantly and forced me to cut back on exercise and walking.
Boon Kiah was professional and patient, taking the time to clearly explain the condition and the treatment plan. I underwent five sessions of shockwave therapy, along with recommended stretching exercises for my calves. The pain gradually subsided with the treatment and exercises. The custom insole he recommended also helped a great deal.
While I was still nursing the heel pain, I also developed a trigger finger in my index finger. Boon Kiah kindly treated it as well (no extra cost! Thanks!), using low-level shockwave therapy and securing the finger with self-adherent tape to compress and immobilise it. I saw significant improvement.
Many thanks to Boon Kiah for the professional care and genuine kindness. The clinic environment is welcoming, and Lisa at the front desk is always warm, friendly, and helpful. Overall a very positive experience.

Dr Yeo Boon Kiak is an excellent podiatrist who treated my mum for heel pain caused by Haglund’s deformity. Before seeing him, she was struggling to walk because of the constant discomfort.
He was patient and thorough, taking the time to clearly explain her condition and the available treatment options. He recommended a few sessions of shockwave therapy, and after completing them, we noticed a significant improvement in her pain and mobility.
What we especially appreciated was that he went above and beyond — he even researched and suggested appropriate exercises for her thumb issue, even though it wasn’t the main reason for the visit. That extra effort really showed his genuine care and dedication to his patients’ overall well-being.
