My right ankle arch has collapsed. When I first saw Boon Kiak in March 2025, I was in pain and despair. Boon gave me hope and thus I started my journey with him and his team. They were very knowledgeable, patient, encouraging and meticulous (with the exercises). Boon would also help me get and fix custom insoles and recommend shoes with good support for my ankles. After almost 9 months, my right ankle feels much better. Overall I feel much better too as the exercises are holistic. The exercises strengthen not only my right ankle but my core too. I understand a strong core would take some weight off my ankles as well as improve my balance and posture. I look forward to continuing my journey with Boon and his team.

I visited Podiatry Quest in July 2025. The appointment process was handled smoothly by the friendly staff there. During my first visit, Mr Boon immediately identified my issue and offered an easy and sustainable solution. He also advised me on appropriate footwear to avoid repeating the problems. My mum 85 yrs old had an ingrown toenail that causes inflammation & pain, thanks to Dr Alexandra Foo who resolved this issue quickly and professionally. Within days, my mum back on her feet.

I went to consult Boon Kiak for an ingrown toenail which had been giving me trouble for a month. The issue was quickly resolved on the same day with a brace and I walked out without pain. Boon Kiak is knowledgeable and he explains everything in detail, giving me options where these were available. There was no hard sell, which I found refreshing. Lisa at reception is super helpful and friendly. The clinic is clean and located in a pleasant neighbourhood where parking is easy. Highly recommend!!

Efficient, effective and super kid friendly. Diagnosis and communication on the treatment plan were also very clear. During the rounds of treatment, the podiatrists Boon Kiak and Alex were both very reassuring and gentle, putting my child ( and I) at ease. Lisa, the receptionist is very friendly and cheerful, prompt with reminders and changes. Highly recommend!
Good and detail service and advices from Podiatrist Alex. Came in because my toe was painful. Was prepared for ingrown nail surgery and hoping would that i got enough time to recover before my trail run in 3 weeks time. After reviewed by Pod Alex, thank god it was not ingrown nail, just some dirts. Cleaning was done, pain has improved significantly. Prompt reply from admin too. Registration and payment was easy. I saw small snack corners provided but did not managed to try one. Clean and nice clinic too.
Dr. Alexandra Foo is an outstanding podiatrist who is professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. The Doc took the time to explain everything clearly and provided treatment that made a real difference to my daugther’s condition and put her back on her feet right away. I Highly recommend Doc Alex.

I visited Podiatry Quest for ankle pain and blisters associated with running. It was a really great experience. The counter staff was friendly and efficient. Boon was my podiatrist, he was very thorough. He listened to my issues, carried out a detail examination and gave me a full explanation of my issues and treatment plan. I was unsure about visiting a podiatrist, as I was concerned I would be asked to stop running. However, Boon devised a treatment plan that targeted my issues while allowing me to do some lighter running, with the option to slowly increase the intensity as my symptoms allow.
I would definitely recommend Podiatry Quest and Boon to my friends and family.
