Misleading Structure – Not a Licensed Law Firm
Consumers should be highly cautious. While this company claims to have attorneys in their office, this business is not a licensed law firm.
In most jurisdictions, regular business corporations cannot legally practice law or sell legal services to the public. Having individual attorneys on the payroll does not magically turn a standard corporation into a law firm, nor does it grant the business the authority to act as one. This setup raises major ethical questions regarding unauthorized practice of law (UPL) and corporate compliance.
If you hire them, you are not receiving the strict consumer protections, malpractice insurance coverage, or attorney-client privilege safeguards that come with hiring an actual, registered law firm. Do your homework and verify their corporate registration with the state before trusting them with your legal matters.

This is just my opinion, but this company relies on relentless, unsolicited spam to sign you up for multi-year contracts — then does nothing to earn it. Other than appearing and rattling off some canned responses, there's no consultation, no request for documents, and no effort to build the evidence needed to reduce your property taxes. They never bother to understand your property at all.

On two occasions I tried to work with this company to grieve my property tax and both times the follow up was lacking tremendously. Each time they caused me to miss the grievance window. I forgot it was the same company when they called me this year. I now have their name imbedded and will not be caught again. Try another reliable company....there are plenty to choose from!!! Sorry I couldn't select 0 stars.
