HOA WEBINAR- I really appreciate Mr. Erik Perez taking time out of his busy schedule to give free advice to people. I received a free consultation from Michael Mayoral regarding some issues with my HOA. You are Awesome Attorney’s. They are very caring, compassionate, informative and extremely knowledgeable regarding HOA’S!!! Perez Mayoral PA will be my lawyer when it comes to HOA’S and the do’s and don’ts of what they can and cannot do! In fact, I have already used of the some information from the webinar with my HOA. I told them that I needed a copy of a document from my records. They screenshot the document and sent it to me via email. I told them I will be sending a certified letter requesting that document and I expect a reply within ten business days. All of the back and forth unprofessional and uncaring replies ceased at that time. Thank you so much, Perez and Mayor PA for that knowledge!!! Unfortunately some HOA‘s really try and railroad their homeowners/tenants. Perez Mayoral PA thank you so much for giving back to the community by having the free webinars and the free consultations! May God continue to bless your firm!!!
