I needed a new boiler fitting as my very old one was dangerous and was condemned. It did me proud and lasted a long time. I invited Plumbisimo to quote me for a new boiler. I just wanted a replacement fitting in the same location without and fuss. Miroslav came round and listened to my needs and and concerns as my kitchen is fairly new and we didn't want too much disruption. He promised he could do the Jim with minimal disruption and mess. I received a quote which wasn't the cheapest but certainly not the dearest. We decided to go with Plumbisimo as they had good reviews and were very good at keeping us informed of their appointments and arrival.
Well today was the day and I must say what a great job they have done for us. New boiler fitted. Cleaning up as they went along. Very neat and tidy job. I'm very pleased with their work and the new boiler. I'd definitely recommend Plumbisimo

He installed a new tap and a mirrored bathroom cabinet for us and did an amazing job. Everything was fitted perfectly and very neatly. He was friendly, professional, arrived on time, and clearly takes pride in his work.
I also saw the one-star review online and, honestly, based on my own experience, it seems completely unfair and misleading. Expecting professional work and then getting upset because the company asked for payment on time makes no sense. Payment reminders are normal when invoices are overdue.
Google should properly investigate and remove fake or misleading reviews like that, because they can damage the reputation of genuinely hardworking and honest professionals.
It’s rare to find such a reliable and conscientious tradesman nowadays. I only wish there were more professionals like him. Thank you again for the excellent work!

We had a gas leak due to some shoddy work from another gas engineer - they couldn’t fix it due to an issue out of their control but Plumbisimo made our property safe and gave us proper paperwork detailing the issues. They also did a power flush for us previously which made our central heating work SO much better - great customer service and a friendly engineer :) couldn’t recommend them enough.
