I would told that they would remove the box on the side of the unit, but they did not. They said that they would get back with Paul. And now I'm hearing that the only thing they send out of the electrician, I would appreciate it if they would do the work that I would told they would do and finding their job so I can pay you and go on with my day.

Aaron came out same day, quickly diagnosed the issue i was having (was a bad circuit breaker), and even modified airflow on my system so it wasnt so noisy.

Jerry and Bill came today on Sunday and gave me a step-by-step explanation of what can be happening. They were knowledgeable and made sure I understood or questioned anything I didn’t.
