Hired Covenant to clean my sewer line going to the street. Dayton came out and was extremely knowledgeable as well as professional. We discussed the options they offer for such work. I decided hydro cleaning with a camera inspection was the right choice for me. Due to the age of the house and the size of the trees in the yard, I wanted to make sure the pipe did not have any major failure. The pipe may require replacement in the near future (1-5 years), but it wasn’t an emergent issue. I will definitely be using Covenant in the future.

Called near the end of the business day and was very pleased when a real person answers the phone. My first call to another plumber used an AI virtual assistant. I don’t care for that so when Amanda answered at Covenant and was able to listen to my problem and get me a plumber quickly I was very very pleased. Drendon showed up the next day and was very professional while listening to my issue and providing me information regarding the fix and its costs up front. He was able to fix the issue quickly and made sure I steered it before completing the call. Before he left I had several other questions about some potential plumbing needs and he was great with showing me options and providing estimates. First time using Covenant and won’t be the last. Highly recommend.

Last year I signed up to have yearly inspections of my plumbing. Darren arrived and did a thorough inspection. He found several things that needed to be fixed. I talked to him about a whole house water purifier. He gave me an estimate sheet for all the repairs filtration system. I agreed they all needed to be done. He came last week with a helper whose name I regretfully do not remember 😕. Darren replaced the kitchen faucet, the valve in the basement where the water comes in from the street, a new water heater and sump pump. He worked steadily and expertly. His helper took boxes out to be recycled and brought things in from the truck. They made quite a team. I’m so pleased with everything they did. I can now feel safe to get a drink of water from the faucet and the hot water comes out at a full stream. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work Darren and partner did. I wouldn’t use another plumbing company. Covenant is my go to. Thanks, Guys!!!
