Un soggiorno perfetto! Struttura fantastica e staff super accogliente
Ho soggiornato al Plaza Prague Hotel e l'esperienza è stata assolutamente fantastica dall'inizio alla fine.
I punti di forza della struttura:
Posizione strategica: L'hotel si trova in una zona tranquilla e piacevole, ma perfettamente collegata al centro storico. In pochissimi minuti di tram o metropolitana si raggiungono le attrazioni principali di Praga.
Camere impeccabili: La mia stanza era spaziosa, arredata con gusto, modernissima e soprattutto pulitissima. Il letto era comodissimo, ideale per riposare dopo lunghe giornate a camminare per la città.
Colazione superba: Un buffet vario e di altissima qualità. C'era una scelta vastissima tra dolce e salato, con prodotti freschi che hanno soddisfatto ogni aspettativa.
Staff eccezionale: Il vero valore aggiunto dell'hotel. Tutto il personale è stato incredibilmente gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile a dare ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare.
Giudizio finale: Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccezionale. Se cercate un hotel confortevole, pulito e accogliente a Praga, questo è il posto ideale. Ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio a tutti! Voto: 10/10
Great hotel with a calm and comfortable atmosphere, convenient transport connections, and a delicious restaurant. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
We also appreciated the complimentary macarons, water, and coffee. The room had everything we needed, including a capsule coffee machine and well-equipped bathroom amenities. We were lucky to get a room with a balcony and a beautiful city view. The soundproofing was excellent, making the room very quiet and cozy.

Wir waren 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel . Zimmer sind sauber . Plus Punkt ist die Minibar und die Snacks. Toll fand ich auch das die Toilette von der Dusche getrennt ist. Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Vielleicht ein paar Schälchen hinstellen wo man die Marmelade rein füllen kann. Und es ist nicht empfehlenswert das Schild dür Glutenfreie Brötchen vor den normale Brötchen zu stellen. Das Personal ist freundlich. Was schade ist, Prag ist eine Touristen Stadt keiner spricht Deutsch nur Englisch. Wir hatten ein Abendessen im Restaurant unten. Kann man sehr empfehlen. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng. Mit einem grossen Auto ist es schwierig dort hinein zu fahren, Parkplätze sind sehr eng. Wir haben das Auto stehen lassen und sind nur mit den öffentlichen gefahren. Man bekommt im Hotel eine Prag Card die ist nicht für die öffentlichen. Wir haben das auch gedacht und mussten trotzdem 100 Euro Strafe zahlen. Ein 24 Stunden Ticket kostet etwas über 6 Euro und man kann alles nutzen.
Good friendly services from the all the receptionists. Our car was parked at an enclosed area around the neighbourhood. You have to drive around the block to reach it. Was overall satisfied with the room and the location. We were given quite a number of free gifts, welcome drinks and discount coupons as well. I suppose it’s a useful strategy by the hotel. Nothing to complain about.
Hotel nám ve všech směrech vyhovoval - polohou, cenou, službami. Na pokoji na nás čekal uvítací personalizovaný vzkaz s dobrůtkou. Pokoj byl krásně a vkusně vybavený, výhled z okna jsme měli do hlavní ulice (křižovatky), ale hluk z ulice slyšet nebyl. Úžasná byla postel, matrace naprosto luxusní, tvrdá, neproležená.
