Wir waren für ein Turnier für eine Nacht im Plaza Alta Hotel in Prag. Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, war für uns mit dem Auto aber wirklich optimal. Wir konnten ohne Probleme in der Nacht in einer gebührenfreien Zone parken. Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter und in die Jahre gekommen, wirkt aber insgesamt sehr sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück. Es war sehr nett angerichtet und der Frühstücksraum angenehm gemütlich. Alles in allem ein solides Hotel, das für einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut in Ordnung und empfehlenswert ist 👍🏻🍽️🏨

Приємні дівчата та хлопці на рецепції. Швидко вирішували усі питання. Номер чистий, без запаху. Є телевізор, кавоварка, кава. Приємний комплімент - пляшка вина та безкоштовний бокал просеко у ресторані. Сніданки дуже гарні. Дівчата підносять усе гаряче. Дали ПрагаПасс та в кінці дали знижку на наступний візит. Є 2 безкоштовних парковки. Поруч трамвайна зупинка і через декілька зупинок центр міста. Ми дійшли пішки до центру. Поруч купа магазинів та кафе. Ресторан на першому поверсі з дуже смачними стравами та приємним персоналом. Рекомендую!

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Plaza Alta Hotel. Am Empfang gab es kostenfreien Glühwein und wir hatten Mega netten Service. Ein Parkplatz in der Nähe(aufgrund der Größe unseres Fahrzeugs) war inklusive und das Abendessen im Bistrot (es gab auch ein Michelin Menü) war Mega lecker und preislich sehr angemessen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch gut vorzüglich bezüglich der Getränke beraten. Das Zimmer war nicht das modernste, aber sehr charmant und hat min einer voll ausgestatteten Minibar, einer Badewanne und sehr sauberen Reinigung gepunktet! Auch eine Flasche leckeren Rotweins haben wir als Geschenk auf dem Zimmer vorgefunden. Wer wünscht ist Empfang von deutschem Fernsehen. Das Hotel war recht zentral gelegen, vieles zu Fuß erreichbar und gegenüber ein Supermarkt, aber für unsere Zwecke war es perfekt und hat alles rundum gepasst. Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Service!

We had a wonderful stay at the Plaza. The receptionist, Jan, was absolutely charming and gave us a very warm welcome. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the breakfast offers plenty of variety. I didn't really like having two separate beds and a small duvet each when we were staying as a couple. There was also no “do not disturb” sign in our room, so a cleaning lady came in while we were taking a nap because she didn't know we were there. Apart from these minor details, we recommend this hôtel.

Zimmer: Zimmer war schön und sauber, aber hatten die Heizung auf volle Stufe aufgedreht und es war trotzdem sehr kalt im Zimmer. Frühstück: Frühstück gab es von 7:00 Uhr bis 10:30 Uhr. Um 9:00 Uhr war das Frühstücksbuffet fast komplett leer, es gab keine Brötchen mehr, kein Joghurt, keinen Kuchen und es wurde auch nicht nachgefüllt. Sehr ungewöhnlich für ein 4 Sterne Hotel, vorallem wenn es bis 10:30 Uhr offen hat. Lage: liegt ausserhalb, Straßenbahn fast direkt vor dem Hotel. Wir hatten das Hotel wegen dem gratis Fitnesscenter das dabei ist gebucht, es stand nicht geschrieben, dass das Firnesscenter geschlossen ist. Sehr ärgerlich, wir mussten uns selber eines suchen. Würde das Hotel nicht mehr besuchen. Der Service hat für uns nicht gepasst und dafür war es sehr teuer.

What a Nice little hotel We booked this hotel as it was slightly out of the main centre so we could enter into the town and then get back out on an evening. I must say transport was very easy as there is a Trump stop facing the hotel staff fantastic could not do enough for you very polite And accommodating. The food was nice and we will definitely be returning and using the Hotel again. Thank you for a great stay with the family
