Nevertheless, you had and despite us highlighting the risks and constraints given you had signed the lease you chose to instruct us to proceed with architect drawings and a formal pre-application to find out what the council may or may not look to approve. You paid and instructed us on 04/04/2024. Your provided your vague and basic design brief on 08/04/2024. Over the course of the next week your architect raised some queries with your brief as some information was not provided, was contradictory or didn't make sense. We sent you several draft block plans to show our understanding of the layout and scale of each building. This is an additional step that we have taken at no extra cost to you in order to help you and make sure ensure we understand exactly what you want before producing the full set of plans with elevations and 3D drawings.
