Wow, what a difference it makes not only when a service tech knows what they are doing, but when they actually take pride in what they’re doing, that makes all the difference in the world!
Chad and Andrew were truly amazing. Showed up at the scheduled time and got the job done where the first company, which I won’t mention by name, but they are a big lift system company, couldn’t get it right, nor did they care. In fact they stopped responding to phone calls when we tried to tell them the lift still wasn’t working properly and the boat wasn’t seated on the rails properly.
Chad and Andrew saw the issue right away and went the extra distance to make sure it was done correctly. I can’t praise them enough.
So often in today’s world you feel taken advantage of, be it at a restaurant that charges way too high a price for barely edible food, or a service tech that just wants to get in and out, not really caring if the job is done correctly. Not so with Chad and Andrew, I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services!
