Scott was very professional and helped to winterized the outdoor pipes/spigot. He got this done in about 20 minutes. He did say that he’d have to charge me for a full hour which was the only thing I think the company could improve. I wish the cost was prorated. Other than that, it’s a decent company with nice knowledgeable employees and I’ll continue to call them when needed.
PJ’s Plumbing has helped us for several years. They have responded to my requests for help quickly . When we have had problems they solved the problems successfully . And I like that they tell me clearly what they see that needs to be done and why . Their charges are reasonable and I have found their suggestions and choices to be solid. They know their work ! I like their competence . Once I went with a lesser bid for something. I regretted that because the work was not well done. I called and asked PJ to come in and fix it. And Kristin in the office is really great to talk with and always helpful . She listens so she understands the problem and request I am making and she schedules promptly as she is able. I like this company a lot and their work.
Scott and the other plumber that assisted him replaced a bunch of galvanized sewage pipes did a great job. They were quick and even replaced my tub drain that was broken without even mentioning they did that! Solid work and very friendly and explained things to me. Also he pointed out an issue with the toilet I bought has a leaking gasket so I need to go get a replacement from home depot but it isn't the fault of Scott or PJ Plumbing. But I'm glad they found the problem before leaving so I wasn't left with an unknown problem with a brand new toilet.
