From start to finish this was a faultless experience. Lucy was so friendly and helpful on the phone when I made the booking. The men collecting our rubbish were punctual, polite, friendly and very efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. 5 stars isn’t enough so here’s 6 ******

I was very happy with the service from PJs and from Mary in particular. Received the skip the morning (at 8:15 am) after I put in my order (at 4 pm) and it was removed three days later as agreed - full to the brim. A fantastic company! I recently used them for skip hire and couldn’t have been more impressed. The prices were very reasonable, delivery was quick, and the customer service was excellent — from the office staff right through to the delivery drivers. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!

Terrible service. It is ok if you want to get another skip, they will do it within a day or two. But for collecting a final one, it takes now more than a week. When you call them, they will promise next-day collection, but of course, no one will show up.

Unfortunately the skip could not be delivered due to parking issues and building flats. However I contacted them and an alternative way by having a man and a van come to collect rubbish when I’ve done it was spoken about.. Thank you very much. Stress levels about what to do has gone down now. Thank you very much.
