Over the past nearly two years, we have witnessed truly remarkable progress in our son's development, and it's all thanks to the dedication and expertise of this amazing center. BCBA Virginia and Alexie have been absolutely phenomenal in designing and implementing programs tailored specifically to our son's needs. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care shine through in everything they do. They've not only helped our son reach milestones we once thought were distant dreams, but they've also empowered us as parents with the tools and understanding to support him at home. And his RBT Ms. Michelle – where do I even begin? She is an absolute treasure! Her ability to make therapy super fun and engaging is unmatched. Our son lights up when he sees her! Her patience knows no bounds, and her creative, outside-of-the-box thinking has helped our son overcome challenges in ways we never imagined possible. She has a special gift for turning learning into play and finding innovative approaches that truly resonate with him. The joy and enthusiasm she brings to every session has made such a profound difference in his progress and his love of learning. The entire team at Pivotal Achievements has become like family to us. They celebrate every victory with us, no matter how small, and their commitment to our son's success is unwavering. My 4-year-old daughter has been attending Pivotal Achievements for a while now, and the progress she’s made is truly amazing! She went from making no eye contact at all to now looking us in the eyes and responding to her name. She’s also starting to say a few words and make some vocalizations! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality ABA therapy for your child. You can really tell that Virginia and Alexie are passionate about what they do. My daughter is always so excited to go to her therapy sessions every day!

I can’t say enough about Pivotal Achievements and the growth my son has already experienced in 8 months since he's been attending. Virginia made the whole process such a breeze for me to sign him up and get approved. I’m thankful for her. Alexie has been an absolute master at giving my son new ways to communicate, along with his 1x1 therapists. The communication from all the therapists every single day is so refreshing. Everyone always has a smile on their face. In the beginning of this journey, I felt lost and didn’t know where to start and I’m so happy I found them. I would recommend this facility 100x over without hesitation. Best thing I could’ve done for my son!

Amazing!!! We absolutely love Pivotal Achievements- ABA Therapy. The staff there is absolutely top notch. They are very knowledgeable and incredibly attentive to each child's needs. The director Virginia has been amazing and incredible in communicating with us on our son Nico's therapy and his improvement. Everyone there has been incredible; Alexie, Catherine, Suan, all the therapists are incredible and any child will be lucky to have any of their staff members as their therapist. We are beyond grateful for the program they have in place for our son Nico and have seen such incredible improvement. He was eloping, not playing with other children, amongst other things. He is no longer that child. It's like they have unlocked his mind and he is now a social butterfly, no longer elopes, and is able to participate in a group environment and focus and stay on task. They are literally getting him ready for Kindergarten.  Funny thing is that since he is now a social butterfly they call him the mayor because he greets everyone. hahaha. Just within a couple of weeks of starting his program there, we saw a huge improvement.  We can't say enough good things about this place and the work they do there with these kids is remarkable.  We are beyond blessed, very grateful, and appreciative of the Pivotal Achievement establishment and their incredible staff.

Where do I begin?! I've been a part of this ABA clinic since 2023. The priorities that Alexie and Virginia give to the children(my tot is 4), their staff(all are professional and knowledgeable), and the parents/caretakers involved is phenomenal. My son has attended a large account of facilities due to his Autism diagnosis. None have been as personal and secure for my son's placing than this one. The therapists work 1 on 1 with every child in addition to keeping VERY CLOSE track of my son's progress. The personalization of his programs has helped volumes in all areas of his life. I've seen improvements in speech,socialization, school, and home routines because of Pivitol Achievements. I feel supported on a personal level by Alexie,Virginia, and my son's therapists. The clinic is structured so that each child can be catered to specifically, with still having the option to interact with other children if needed (circle time/group activities/ or role playing). The clinic is impeccably clean, organized, and appealing to the eye. I sincerely recommend contacting Pivitol Achievements and scheduling a tour if possible. Thank you Pivitol Achievements for all you continue to do for my family and myself and my community!

My son has grown so much in the short time he has been at Pivotal Achievements. You can tell how much Alexie and Virginia really care about the kids and they are extremely knowledgeable in their field. It makes you feel safe and comfortable knowing that they are developing treatment plans that are catered to your individual child. We have had previous experiences at other ABA facilities where my son hated going and seemed uncomfortable with some of the staff members. At Pivotal Achievements, he asks to go every day and he loves his ABA therapist Karina. I highly recommend Pivotal Achievements if you are looking for a center with people who truly care and want the best for your child. I am so glad we found this place!

My son attended the after school ABA program at Pivotal Achievements for about 5 months and I have to say that this company is the best ABA provider that we have worked with thus far. They are very professional, kind and dependable. I saw a lot of improvements in my son’s communication and behavior from his time at Pivotal Achievements. The center is so clean and secure. Cuando llegó al centro no hacía contacto visual, no hablaba, no quería relacionarse con otros niños, ya nada de eso existe en ella y habla como una cotorra. Dicho esto, padres no tengan miedo sera una experiencia única!!! En resumen, el Centro Pivotal Achievements ABA Therapy no es solo un lugar de cuidado especializado; es un hogar lejos de casa donde los niños Neurodivergente encuentran el amor, el aprendizaje y la aceptación que necesitan para florecer. Un faro de esperanza y compromiso, ofreciendo un verdadero arcoíris de posibilidades para cada niño que pasa por sus puertas.

My son started at Pivotal Achievements over a year ago and has made tremendous progress. His speech has improved so much, he went from nonverbal to having full conversations. His behavior and tantrums are much better. We were even provided with parent coaching that helped at home. The clinic is EXTREMELY clean and the staff are amazing! You can tell they love what they do and are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them 100 times over!!
