As usual, Eddie did a thorough and exceptional job of providing our regular service, and especially finding and correcting the various areas in our house where we had a persistent problem with mice. He explained the situation and his corrective actions very clearly, and, also as always, it was a pleasure to see and talk to him. Steven came out to take care of a yellow jacket nest, and also inspected the inside for spiders, etc. He calls before he arrives and is always on time.

Brian is the true professional we can always depend on. He answers any questions and sees to whatever current concerns we may have. We are very appreciative to have him taking care of our pest control.
Brian checked out my yellow jacket concern and determined that I had seen some scouting and not a resident at what is a chipmunk hole. He never made me feel like I'd wasted his time and asked that I not hesitate if -- as in the past -- I see the enemy (I'm highly reactive)... He's destroyed some serious nests in the past! While he was at my home, he also checked and removed mouse traps. I depend upon Brian's technical competence without reservation, and I am very grateful for the excellent service with which he delivers it.

Brandon did a great job with the regular service on my property. He spend a lot of time explaining all the details of the service he was doing and also spend a long time and did a detailed inspection for any pest and treated all areas. Definitely want him back again!!!!
