Called Pioneer Plumbing for estimate to replace water heater. Estimate reasonable and got booked for the next day. Ryan, our technician called to let me know he was on the way and did an excellent job installing the water heater keeping me updated on his progress. Will definitely use Pioneer Plumbing again.

Ryan and Max came to replace combo commercial grade water heater today for the condo. Did a superb job of making sure the job was done properly. Ripped out the old pvc pipes and used copper pipes. Positioned the expansion tank properly and installed all new quarter turn valve controls as well as replace the mixing valve. Highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Had a sewer pipe backup after the recent storms. Was able to get someone on the phone immediately and they came the next morning, on time, as communicated. Ryan was very friendly, up front, and efficient. He also took time to answer my questions in thinking about how to proceed.

We reached out to them on Sunday afternoon for a minor plumbing job and their team was responsive and communicated clearly about scheduling and what to expect. I had a kitchen sink backup from the evening before that far exceeded my ability to clear (and I'm pretty handy). Spoke with James the next morning at 9, he was great. He was able to reschedule other work and Ben and Ryan showed up at 10 to do the job. Had both the clog removed and the Hydro Jetting Service. The guys were personable and friendly. James saved the day for me. I highly recommend them, and would use them again in a heartbeat.
