Pinpoint movers did an exceptional job on out movers 3 hours away to NE Texas. I knew as soon as I started working with Juanna on logistics that we were in good hands. She was quick to respond, text, and confirm some unique item needs for us like a piano. On moving day our crew worked so efficiently and with care. Tomas, Luis, and Juan were amazing and moving so quickly in hot August heat. I even had to remind them it was OK to take a breather/water break if needed, they were hustling! I cannot say enough good things about these movers and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good rates and great care.

I am absolutely disappointed on how my things were packed and moved! Glass items were not wrapped, we had kitchen dishes packed with bathroom things, it was truly the worst packing experience I had ever had. They broke lamps, broke the door on my hutch and busted the lights out of my hutch. And the movers didn’t even bother to tell me of the things they broke. The 3 guys who packed our house and the 4 guys who moved us were very nice guys, the job they did was very subpar! My husband and I have had to make 3 additional trips to get the things they did not pack. I would not recommend this company to pack or move any one.

I want to be fair in this review because the crew members were very nice and clearly worked hard. My concerns are not about their attitudes or effort, but about the overall efficiency, experience, and communication.
We only moved a portion of our home: not many furniture items - one queen bed, two nightstands, a tall dresser, a long dresser, and a chair. There were no couches, dining tables, or a full household to move. Unfortunately, the move took the entire day. Wrapping and preparing the furniture alone took hours, and there were several times when the crew seemed to struggle with basic moving tasks.
There were also communication difficulties because only one crew member spoke English, which led to some confusion about what was and wasn’t being moved. Some items were taken apart or moved around unnecessarily as a result.
Eventually, we had to tell the crew not to worry about loading anything else because so much time had already passed. We were simply unable to continue waiting, which means we still have to hire another moving company to finish the move. At one point, my stepdad even ended up moving the items we had in the garage to the truck himself to help things along.
I completely understand that moving can take longer than expected, and I always anticipate going a couple of hours over an estimate. However, at approximately $200 an hour, I expect a professional moving crew to work efficiently, communicate well, and have the experience and skill to handle furniture in a timely manner. In this case, with tip, the final cost was roughly three times what we expected, and we ended up paying significantly more to move a few rooms than we had previously paid to move our entire home.
I don’t want to be unfair or harsh toward the crew because everyone was genuinely pleasant and hardworking. However, the service simply did not meet the level I would expect for the price. Unfortunately, I would not use this company again, nor would I feel comfortable recommending them to friends or family. In hindsight, it would have been faster and considerably less expensive to have friends and family help us with the move.
I hope the company takes this feedback constructively. I believe the crew would benefit from additional training, better communication within the team, and more experience handling moves efficiently
