Michael and Tim and the team were incredible. We were probably a trickier client for them with some challenges to overcome and they were able to achieve a solution that was more than we'd anticipated and hoped for. Going through a refinance can be daunting when you're exposing all of your financial laundry to strangers but they handled the process (which was emotional for us at times) with professionalism, empathy and above all a "we'll get you sorted" attitude. I can't recommend the team enough.

The Pinnacle team Michael, Amanda and Lori-Anne were recommended to me after a less than ideal experience with another broker, from the very start Michael was in direct and regular contact and what took his competitors months he had wrapped up a higher dollar yield with a lower interest rate giving a lower repayment in less than two weeks. Amanda was nothing short of amazing with her friendly, professional approach, they made what was one of the most stressful times of my life so much easier. The very professional and lovely Lori-Anne is also a justice of the peace just to make matters even more streamlined and trustworthy. They’ve been following up constantly afterwards to make sure I’m ok so I just can’t say enough about the Pinnacle team!!
