Justin Barker was the one who came out to diagnose the problem when my bathroom started flooding. He was very friendly, and I was very comfortable with him here. That is one of the most important things to me when someone has to come to my home. I appreciate his professionalism and great attitude. He was able to solve my immediate problem for the time being, and I will be using Pink Duck to do the major repairs here soon. I hope I can request that he be the one to come out to do the work! Thank you for the way you conduct business, I am definitely satisfied!

Pink Duck was great. They came out quickly and Manuel kept trying until he got the clog unstuck so that he didn’t have to go to the next level of equipment and expense. Very friendly while still professional. Great business!

Lawrence was on time and knowledgeable. He explain cost up front and explained what he would do. A tube had been flushed down the toilet. He scoped the line all the way out of house assuring me the tube was no longer in my line. He wore shoe protection to keep dirt out of my house. Definitely will use this company again.

They did a great job for a fair price. Justin came out and replaced all my old cast iron waste pipe with pvc. I am pretty particular with how I want things done, but they did a great job and their work looks awesome! If I need major plumbing work done again I’m calling Pick Duck! Great guys with a positive attitude who do stellar work. 100% recommend them!

I had a great experience with Manuel M. fom Pink Duck Plumbing today. I’m a pretty hands-on homeowner, so I’m selective about who I hire for things I can't do myself. Manuel is clearly a 'pro" in his deep understanding of the trade. He performed a maintenance flush on my 2024 Bradford White using a pump to facilitate draining, and ensure a deep clean, which is more efficient and effective than a standard gravity drain. He was also incredibly respectful of my existing plumbing setup (PEX/SharkBites) done by previous homeowners after I announced the risk and didn't stress the lines.
If you’re looking for someone who actually knows the 'why' behind the work and uses the right tools for the job, Manuel is your guy. He’s definitely my new go-to for any future plumbing projects! And I was very happy with his demeanor and character as well - he takes the time to listen and cares about what his customers think.

Misdiagnosed the problem, $400 an hour was way too high for too much talking and too little labor. I’m giving 3 stars for extremely prompt service, very clean and courteous. He just missed the blockage in the plumbing. We were told we would need to destroy the toilet to find the blockage but it was in the plumbing.
What a team! My home, built in the 60’s, needed some TLC. I told them my issues, I was given the written cost, up front. At the end of the day, that’s what I paid. It took 3 trips out to fine tune some issues, but they were easy to schedule our time and kept great communication. Between the owners and 5 or 6 techs I’ve met, they were all knowledgeable and so polite. My wife felt comfortable working with them when I wasn’t here. Their price was fair too. I can’t say enough on how much I trust them to handle our next plumbing problem. In an 80 year old house, it may be sooner than later.
