We've worked with Pink Callers for many years. We love the fact that there is staff supporting each client. Therefore, if the main CSR is out there’s always someone there to pick up the slack. Every interaction I’ve had it Pink Callers has been very great. Every question has been answered, and if they didn’t have the answer, they looked into it and found it. Minus the little confusion we had at the very beginning. The second half with our training was great. They showed us a lot of things that we didn’t know within the programming.
