I've been in the area for over 20 years and this shop is THE ONLY place I trust to work on my cars. Mustapha and crew are very knowledgeable and professional. They advise on what needs to be fixed now, what can wait to be fixed (e.g. brakes can last another 6 months), and what doesn't matter (waste of money to fix). I had replaced the starter on my Subaru at another shop, and was still having issues with starting the car and needed another starter. Bob (a master mechanic) said that shouldn't be, and He was the only mechanic who uncovered that the wire used to connect the starter was the wrong gauge, therefore not enough current was flowing through it resulting in occasional non-starts. Now, that's the only place I take my cars to get them fixed right! Prices are also very reasonable. Other places recommend additional fixes to maximize their profits, but Pinecrest Shell only recommends what's needed. They have conscience and they recommend what's in the best interest of the customer, which is extremely rare in a world where businesses prioritize increasing revenues!!! That's why I highly recommend Pinecrest Shell.

I have been taking mine and my husband's cars (and our previous cars) here for years. Mustafa and his staff are great. Very clear about the different price points, and specifically what is wrong with the car and how quickly they can get you back on the road safely. I have never had a bad experience and it's always nice to know that whatever the issue they are able to get it handled. Just yesterday we dropped off my husband's car in the morning and it was ready by 4 PM and even under the estimated price. Thanks, Pinecrest Shell!

It's a gas station, lol, but it's also an auto repair service station. This Shell station is very conveniently located super close to my work, but I still hardly ever fill up here because the Shell closer to my house is cheaper, only five minutes down the road and this station is literally right on Little River Turnpike and its small & a bit tight.
Still, I love that I can use my Giant Foods Shell gas rewards at any Shell Gas station, and this location is another great option for that.
I have both heard and read many great things in my local community about their auto repairs, but I have never used them and cannot attest to the validity of these claims; however, it would be worth checking them out.

I just had a horrible experience here in the Shell Oil Change. The Arabic/ middle eastern man named: “Mustafa” is extremely RUDE!!!!!and disrespectful!!
We just moved here and got a coupon sent to our house, so we decided to just drive up here and gave it a try. So my partner gave one guy the coupon:“29.99$ for oil change”. He told me. I said Ok, usually oil change for my was was around 35/40$. The Indian looking guy said wait for one hour and we will call you. We waited for 1.5 hours and NO one called, so we called back and he was it’s ready. And bam! He dropped me a bill for 50$ with other filter change and other extra charges without my prior acknowledgement. I knew the law very well, as I work for lawyers a lot. I was NOT arguing about it, just politely asked about it. The aggressive guy: Mustafa. WOW. He said we will NOT give you the key if you don’t pay and call the cops and get out of my sight!!!! I was like WOW, he is extremely aggressive and rude and disrespectful and it’s just purely outrageous!!! Me and my parter called the COP and they came over and said it’s wrong to NOT let you know the price prior. They just got people by the coupon “games”.
But my partner insisted in paying it and just leave instead of arguing with those rude individuals!!!!! I have NO problem paying for any price if it’s legit!
Please please beware about this place! And protect your own right. NOT gonna come here again. Desperately tricking people to get business! That is NOT how business works. Hope they learn by their mistakes.

Earlier this year, I had a frustrating experience at Pinecrest Shell when I came in for brake issues.
But what completely turned my experience around was when Ali, one of the managers, personally reached out to me. He went above and beyond to help fix the situation. Ali spent hours working on my car himself, didn’t charge me for parts or labor, and treated me with respect and kindness the entire time. Even though the issue may ultimately be related to a Mazda replacement part and not fully within their control, Ali gave me the most service-oriented experience I have ever had at an auto shop.
What impressed me most was his patience, professionalism, and genuine care in handling my concerns. He didn’t brush me off—he truly tried everything he could to make things right. People who work with customers should strive to be as service-oriented as Ali. He is a great example and a model of what real dedication to service looks like.
Because of Ali’s exceptional effort, I’m giving this shop five stars. If you go here, ask for Ali—he is the reason I left feeling valued as a customer.

This place is always busy for a good reason: the service is excellent. I had our car towed there once for repairs and even the tow truck driver recognized the place saying “so many people bring their car here”. The repairs are always very reliable, reasonably priced and they never try to get you do more than your car really needs. Mustafa, the manager, is always super friendly, explains everything and looks for best options to save you money and make sure that repairs last.
I have all cars in my family serviced here for everything: routine oil change to serous engine issues, even though it is a 40 min drive for me. They also have a body shop with same reliable and timely service. Your car is in good hands at this place!
