I'm a little over a week out from a mastopexy. After visitng a few different plastic surgeons on the island, I chose Dr Pincus. His office staff is very friendly, appointments are fast and efficient, and my surgery process was smooth. Most importantly I already love th results. I'll update after my 6 month appointment to report on how everything settled after 6 month, but Dr Pincus was kind, patient, and talented. I needed to stage my surgery, I wanted an implant along with my lift, and after he suggested an auto-augmentation, he is confident I won't want/need an implant. He is NOT pushing unnessesary surgery.

Can’t say enough amazing things about Dr Pincus and his staff! From the moment I walked in for my first consultation, I felt completely comfortable with everyone I encountered. At the time of my consultation, I was still unsure whether I wanted to move forward with surgery, and at no point did I feel pressured into making a decision. Dr. Pincus offered recommendations based on my goals without ever trying to change my mind or push additional procedures.
I ultimately had a breast lift with a slight reduction, liposuction to the flanks/love handles, and a tummy tuck. I also had fairly significant diastasis recti, which was successfully addressed during surgery. The office provided several financing options too, which made the process much more manageable.
Every appointment — pre-op and post-op — ran on time, and the entire surgical experience went very smoothly. I received wonderful care during my overnight stay. My only minor complaint was that my husband did not receive an update immediately after surgery, which understandably made him nervous. However, once I mentioned it to the nursing staff, they were extremely apologetic and assured me they take communication very seriously.
Dr. Pincus and his team thoroughly explained what to expect before, during, and after surgery, and they were available every step of the way to answer questions and provide support.
My results are absolutely phenomenal and I truly feel like I regained my confidence after having my children. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Pincus and the entire staff for such a positive experience.

I recently visited “Dr. Mark’s” and had a very positive experience from start to finish. The office was professional, welcoming, and extremely well organized. I especially appreciated that all of my questions and concerns were listened to carefully and answered with patience and respect.
The procedure itself was handled with obvious skill, expertise, and attention to detail, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Dr. Pincus is amazing! I’m extremely happy with the results of my surgery! I was nervous but he put my mind at ease by addressing all my concerns. Recovery was exactly as they explained, April and the other nurses are wonderful! The office staff are all very nice and made the process easy. Definitely make an appointment with Dr. Pincus if you’re considering surgery.
I first met Dr. Pincus back in the late summer of 2025 for a consultation for a tummy tuck.
Dr. Pincus’ explanation for a modern day tummy tuck was the main reason I decided to more forward.
Here I am nearly 1 week post op… and I have nothing bad to say.
The doctor and nurses explained to me what would happen the following morning after my surgery so I left with no questions.
During the weekend I had a random question and got a response almost nearly immediately. I can’t wait to go to my first follow up appointment just to see a nice 360 of myself.
I also threw in a curve ball a week before my surgery to get my breasts lifted. And all I have to say is THANK YOU.

I can’t recommend Dr Pincus and his entire office enough!! I had a tummy tuck with muscle tightening and am 1 month post-op. My experience has been incredible from the communication, level of service and after care.

1 month post op from my THIRD cosmetic surgery with Dr. Pincus, that speaks for itself. He is truly the best surgeon, his team is amazing and wonderful from start to finish they were nothing but attentive, helpful and caring. They never got tired of my endless questions and always took the time to settle my nerves. My first surgery with Dr. Pincus was about 6 and a half years ago and I remember asking him to hold my hand while they put me under because it always scared me a bit to go under anesthesia. He didn’t bat an eyelash back then, he was right there holding my hand. When I had my second surgery Sept 2024, I reminded him and he called out “wait don’t start, let me grab her hand”, this time I forgot to mention it and by the time I realized, it was time, I took a deep breath as they got everything ready I closed my eyes, I felt someone grab my hand, I opened my eyes and there he was, “I’m here, ready for a quick nap?” All my nerves disappeared. Dr. Pincus embodies a true doctor who cares about his patients, puts them first and makes them feel like family. He sees dozens of patients daily but every time he walks into my room he makes me feel like I’m the most important one. I have put my trust in Dr. Pincus countless times and he has never shown me anything but the utmost respect, class and professionalism. He is the best in the business and deserves all the recognition. His staff, from the front all the way to the operating team, are second to none. They are always willing to answer any and all questions and I swear, Nikki and April have magical healing powers to just settle an uneasy mind with just a few simple words. After a VERY long 9 year journey of children, weight gain, weight loss, and an ever changing woman’s body, with the help of Dr. Pincus, I am in love with my body. I’ve put in the work and he helped perfect it. I’m comfortable in my own skin for the first time in a very long time, my confidence is where it used to be and I feel like I have my life back.

After wanting a breast augmentation for more than a decade, I stumbled upon Pincus Plastic Surgery.
