I am a remote investor and found Jan after having a property managed by a large high street estate agency on one of my properties.
It was safe to say the the attention ,communication ,care and quality of this other agent was abismal and they locked me into a contract that they would not let me out from to this day without paying a hefty fee even though the service is sub par. I to this day am chasing daily for updates on works , they have left me with a leak in a property for over two weeks with still no date to fix it.
So after almost having been put off of renting anymore properties due to the headache with the other agents , I decided to go looking for other companies to manage my properties.
I came across Jan , found her very attentive and caring when discussing my issues with this other agent , and was assured this would not be the case with her.
She was correct the differance is night and day I now have 2 properties with Jan and the minute I’m free of the contract with this other agent Jan will be getting that property to manage also, so she will have 3 of my properties and any more I purchase will be going to Jan.
The quality provided by Jan is great she communicates well, she is understanding and caring to the needs of me as a landlord and to that of the tenant. She gets stuff done quick and efficiently and never do I feel I have to chase as I can rest assured knowing things are being taken care of behind the scenes as a good management agent should be.
This is how things should be when you pay a management fee you want to be able to go about your life and focus on your busy schedule and not be chasing and stressing about everything with your property and let the professionals take care of this headache .
This is the peace of mind I get from working with Jan , I never have to question if things are being taken care of as I know they are and I know the tenants enjoy being able to speak to her and communicate easily which makes their living experiance better so they can make a home from my house.
I see Jan now as a friend and someone who I can pick up the phone to and chat about any issues , questions or concerns I may have around rent changes, laws and legislation and tenant health and safety.
She also does an amazing inventory , the most in depth I’ve seen to protect both landlord and tenant. And uses great software to make life as a landlord that bit easier.
All in Jan is fantastic at what she does and she will be able to provide you with the most passive type of investment that property can bring. Highly recommend !

I contacted Jan at PIIM regarding some trees at a property near to our own house that she manages.
In recent years the trees there had been growing and blocking more and more light from our garden and conservatory and that of our next door neighbours.
Jan agreed to look into this on our behalf and kept us updated on what was happening.
A while later having returned from holiday I could tell as soon as I walked into the kitchen and conservatory there was so much more light coming in.
On going into the garden I could see the trees had been removed, and our view over the moors has also been restored.

PiiM property have been fantastic helping me to get a rental property up to scratch to rent out. They got involved early September 23 and there was a lot to do with the property before it would be up to standard to rent out. However due to her hard work and network of repair agencies it was rented out by End of October. We got a very good rent for the property. This would have taken us much longer on our own doing the repairs and refurbishments. So we couldn’t believe how quickly we were getting rental money. Jan from Piim keeps us up to date regularly with emails. She is very friendly and has a lovely caring manner. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. After our fantastic experience with her , she is now managing another property we have.
