Great experience. Piercing healing nicely. Great aftercare advice given. Piecer was lovely, I was really intrigued by their tattoo and they didn't mind my intriguing questions even showing me more which they didn't have too but really piqued my interest. Piercing was an impulse piercing wanted it done a while but had no intention to do that day, little waiting time. Just a fab experience. If I'm in London again I'll be back for something else on my to pierce list <3

I went to get my healing ear lobes downsized, and I had a terrible experience.
The piercer was extremely rough when she downsized my earrings. I expected her to use a taper pin but she didn’t, which left my piercings empty when she was swapping them out. And after, she was squeezing my piercings and earlobes quite hard, and I have no idea why.
I am now worried that she has caused the already prolonged healing process to go back to square one because of how rough she was.
Can’t believe I paid £50 for my piercings to be mishandled. I expected a lot better from an “award winning” piercing studio.

🔹 Tools used during downsizing
Insertion pins (tapers) are indeed very useful in some situations, but they are not always necessary: particularly if the piercings are fully healed. Our experienced piercers assess each client individually and make tool choices based on their professional judgement. Healing times can vary significantly from person to person, and sometimes it’s not obvious from appearance alone whether a piercing is fully healed, which is why extra care is taken during insertion.
🔹 On pressure applied
During a fitting or downsizing, a gentle squeeze may sometimes be used to stabilise the tissue or check for sensitivity, but this should always be done with care. I’m sorry if this caused discomfort.
🔹 Fees
The £50 you paid includes the earrings you selected, as well as £5 per piercing for the fitting/check-up. This fee is in line with industry standards and helps cover the disposable equipment and the body piercer’s time.
🔹 Awards and professionalism
We have been fortunate to receive multiple awards over the years, and our piercers are known to be skilled, compassionate and highly experienced. I’m truly sorry if this was not reflected during your visit.

Fantastic! Pierce Me Londons new premises in Holborn is brilliant, friendley, knowledgeable staff, and very clean and hygienic. Raph,who done my piercing is extremely knowledgeable, she takes you through the piercing process step by step, and has time, nothing is rushed.im an old hand at getting pierced(since 1990)and I have to say pierce me london is by far the best experience I have had.so if you want a piercing go to Holborn, very easy to find from station.

I've had a really great experience with Pierce Me London! Raph is really friendly and professional and the products available both in store and on the website are unique. Recently PML opened their Holborn Studio which has a fashion and art boutique too! Go check it out. Highly recommend!
September 2024: 10/10 recommend. Got a PA from Roni and had corresponded with Raph in the week or so leading up to the piercing. Both of them are great and helped put me at ease with getting such an intimate piercing. Raph gave me all the information and advice during the inquiry and Roni is a master at piercing. She put me at ease and got the piercing done with so fast I didn’t even realise the needle and jewellery had been put through.
Came back October 2025 to stretch up my PA and add another genital piercing. This time Angela did the job. Super easy experience stretching up and listened while I tried to explain I wanted a frenum ladder but thicker gauged barbells on the bottom slowly getting a size smaller the closer to the head. Took her time to measure and I’m excited to come back to add more.
Thanks again to the Pierce Me team. Super happy with my experiences and will definitely be back for more piercings when I’m able to visit London.
