I was looking for a new Dr and one was recommended to me that works here. I must say on a scale of 1-10 he definitely gets a 10. This Dr actually takes time to talk to you, gets to know your situation and is very interactive with you. He works with you, gives you informed information, gives you pros and cons of anything you may think about having done. No super long technical words, just good honest advice and his manner is very very well which puts you in a more relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely be using them for many many years to come.
You guys need to pick up the phone. It is beyond frustrating to call every day and every hour to keep getting my calls declined. You are a company made to help others. You are at your desks all day, the least you can do is pick up the phone. This is completely unacceptable for your customers. Do better at assisting others and learn to be productive. Unprofessional and non cooperative members, I will be giving a complaint to the head board.
