Each session was well explained, and I noticed steady improvement in my shoulder strength and mobility. I’m truly grateful and highly recommend them.

December 30th 2025. I just came for a check up and was blown away with the kind caring I received from Nishika and her assistant. N. found some areas in my neck that require caring, as I have neglected these for years. She is right, when I drive, I need to be able to turn my head around all the way to the left, to look for approaching traffic. N. arranged for treatment right there and provided me with exercises to solve the problem. Thank you so much, I'll come again for a follow up.

Don’t come and save your money.
I booked with Hima Lunagariya, assessment felt rushed and the treatment only including vibration pads and cupping, with NO manual therapy despite my main complaint being acute neck and shoulder restriction.
Although posture was mentioned as a possible cause, no exercises or clear home plan were taught during the session, and I was told resources would be emailed later, which did not happen. My symptoms were not meaningfully addressed, and I left with more pain and little guidance on how to manage or prevent recurrence.
I called Physiocare because of its rating and the wonderful reviews on Google. I was in a bind, injured my lower back, not sure how but probably shovelling snow. My pain spiked and I knew I had to see someone fast. When I called, I expressed my pain level and how it felt and the receptionist found me a spot same day. Unfortunately I couldn’t make it and she suggested the next day which I took. I was impressed by the care and compassion that I received not only by Hima, the Physiotherapist, but from everyone the moment I arrived. I have had 2 treatments to loosen severely tight muscles including cupping, EMS, heat and massage and already I’m feeling improvement and much less pain. So relieved not to be wincing in pain each time I turn or move the wrong way. They gave me exercises on an app and it keeps track of the difficulty level and days you did them… I can see how motivating this app will be for my recovery. Only 2 treatments and I’m ready to recommend Physiocare to anyone in need of physiotherapy. It’s a fantastic facility and the staff are very friendly, listen and address any concerns to help you on your healing journey. Thank you for being there to help me when I needed it!
I had an excellent experience at Physiocare Physiotherapy & Rehab Centre on Carling in Ottawa. From my very first visit, the entire team made me feel welcome and supported. My physiotherapist, Astha, is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain my condition clearly, and design a treatment plan and home exercises that really helped improve my pain and mobility. The support staff are also outstanding. Janvi, Bhaumik, Krishna, and Keneri are always friendly, professional, and organized. They greet me warmly, help with scheduling and paperwork, and create a very positive atmosphere every time I come in. I highly recommend Physiocare on Carling to anyone looking for physiotherapy in Ottawa. The combination of Astha’s care and the exceptional support from the whole team truly makes a difference.
A place where people/staff are so good that half of the treatment is just done by talking with them and they being so welcoming.
A place where I would love to go always not just for physical injury treatment.
