I visited Physiocare recently and, while the location is convenient and I have no doubt the physiotherapists are skilled, several issues need serious improvement. During my appointment, I was asked to lie down on the treatment bed while partially undressed, yet the bed had no sheet or protective covering. My face had to rest directly on the uncovered leather face cradle, which did not feel hygienic.
I was also left alone in the basement treatment area for extended periods about ten minutes at a time without any staff nearby. This raised safety concerns, especially since staff were frequently going up and down the stairs. The basement itself was uncomfortably cold, making the experience even less pleasant.
Another issue was privacy. While I was still partially undressed, the treatment room door was opened, and staff members discussed my care within earshot. It felt intrusive and unprofessional to have other individuals entering the space during what was supposed to be a private appointment. Lastly, the lobby would benefit from more frequent cleaning to create a more welcoming and professional environment.
This clinic has potential, but improvements in hygiene, privacy, safety, and cleanliness are necessary to provide a more comfortable and respectful patient experience.

At our clinic, hygiene, privacy, and patient comfort are top priorities. Our standard procedure is to sanitize all treatment beds before and after each session. Sheets are always available upon request, when you asked for one during your visit, we placed it on the bed immediately. We are reviewing how we can make this option clearer from the outset so patients feel comfortable at every stage of treatment.
We also want to clarify that the only individuals who entered your treatment room were our trained physiotherapy assistant and the clinician involved in your care—both operating with your consent as part of your treatment plan. We apologize if the timing of staff movement or conversations made you feel uncomfortable. We will reinforce our privacy practices with our team to ensure a more seamless and respectful experience.
Regarding temperature, the clinic is set at approximately 72°F to maintain a comfortable environment for all individuals. We understand personal comfort levels may vary, and we will continue to look for ways to better accommodate individual needs.
With respect to the lobby, we do our best to maintain a clean and welcoming environment. However, due to unpredictable weather conditions, the area can become messy at times as patients enter and exit. We sincerely apologize for this and are taking steps to increase monitoring and upkeep during these periods.

super chill and professional crew over there. staff is super friendly and they really know their stuff. pain relief feels like magic every time therapy sessions are on point especially the manual therapy part can see why people swear by them for recovery definitely worth checking out if you need that kind of help

I had an amazing experience at this physiotherapy clinic! Dr. Viradaya and Tejwinder were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and caring. They took the time to understand my concerns and tailored a treatment plan that really made a difference. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and welcoming and all staff are amazing. I’m feeling so much better thanks to them—highly recommended!

I highly recommend Physiocare Physiotherapy & Rehab Centre Westboro if you ever need treatment to help you recover from a muscle injury, an injured limb, or a nagging pain that just won't go away, Harshit Patel, the resident Physiotherapist, is the very best! He is extremely efficient at assessing the problem and planning the best treatment plan for your injury. He is also extremely calm and very caring, making you feel at ease and in good hands the moment you walk in. The supporting staff is also very pleasant and very competent, providing complementary treatment to Harshit's expertise with top of the art machines targeting the deeper tissues to help support recovery, as well as demonstrating targeted exercises prescribed by Harshit to help improve the condition and strengthen supporting muscles not only to support recovery but also to help prevent reoccurrence of the injury in the future.
