I’ve had an excellent experience at Physiocare+ Physiotherapy and Rehab Centre. I came in with a knee injury, and from my very first session I noticed a clear improvement.
A special mention goes to Hima, my physiotherapist. She provides attentive, knowledgeable care and takes the time to explain each step of the treatment.
Thanks to her skill and consistent guidance, my knee has been progressing steadily. I feel well supported throughout the process and confident in the recovery plan she designed.
I strongly recommend Physiocare+ and especially Hima for anyone looking for effective, professional physiotherapy care.

I had an amazing neck and shoulder massage session with Alison. I feel so much better it honestly feels like she worked out so many of the knots and tension in my neck and shoulder area. She’s incredibly skilled, attentive, and knows exactly what she’s doing. I left feeling lighter and so relaxed. I will definitely be going back to her! Highly recommend!
Makram and his team are a wonderful group. Very professional, kind and happy team. After struggling to get a doctor appointment soon enough I just went directly to physio. After a diagnosis and immediate treatment, the accute debilitating pain I was experiencing for my particular injury was significantly better 24 hours later. After a second treatment in 48 hours I feel even better. I have no concern that I will not be back to 100% soon under Makram and his team's care.
