Guy, Pedro and the rest of the team are phenomenal! I have had many of my most precious pieces made at Phoenix Roze and I can't recommend them enough! Their jewelry is beautiful and their service is 10/10! This is the BEST jewelry store in the West Village!
Guy and team are such helpful jewelers. Their pieces are beautiful and simple. Repairs are easy and trustworthy (user error caused the need for repair…)! Highly recommend.
Very personable. The item I bought was of good quality and looks really nice. The guys that worked in kept in touch so I knew when my order was ready. Thank you for the good service.

Hide your credit cards! This place will force you to buy everything you see. I have spent many days, years buying delicate pieces and have had designer, owner, Guy make jewelry which i have requested. Enjoy your time in the shop. If you can think it, he can make it come true, and you will love it!!😍

I have been a customer of Phoenix Roze for several years. Any time I want a gift for a loved one or want to treat myself to a beautifully crafted piece of jewelry, I go here. Guy and his team are the friendliest and most helpful professionals I have ever met in the jewelry industry, hands down! I live abroad and have damaged or lost pieces I have bought here and Guy ALWAYS goes above and beyond to help fix my pieces or customize things to make me happy. His style of doing business is a throw back to the days when customer service meant something. A piece from Phoenix Roze is a classic that is beautifully crafted and more importantly, you are supporting a business person who understands what it means to create a relationship with a client. I recommend this jeweller to everyone I meet and guarantee you will be so pleased with your well priced investment. Thank you for your beautiful work!
