What a find this place is! Tucked away in Old Beaconsfield in a beautiful period building, it has such a calm and welcoming feel. The receptionist made me feel at ease straight away.
George was excellent …. friendly, professional, and very thorough in his consultation. The treatment itself was exceptional and felt like great value for money. He also shared really helpful, practical advice to support my recovery at home.
I’ve already rebooked for next week and can’t see myself going back to my previous osteopath. Highly recommend!

I visited Michaela with knee pain and she has been fantastic. She's helped me understand my issues and provided an excellent rehabilitation regime which has delivered results. Highly recommend.

Dear Sam, thank you for taking the time share of your fantastic experience seeing Michaela for your knee pain. It's brilliant to hear there's been positive results with education of the issue, and rehabilitation of it all. We look forward to continue helping you.
Beaconsfield hub was a recommendation through another source. Having Sal look after me the way she did for my mummy MOT was amazing, she was so personable and kind and just understood exactly what I went through.I would highly recommend using their facilities and I will be using them again in the near future.

Dear Lucy, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this 5 star review. We are delighted to hear you had an amazing experience with Sal, it's what we strive for! We look forward to welcoming you in to the clinic again soon.
I first came to the clinic for treatment with George for a postpartum-related back injury and had such a positive experience. It was actually George who suggested I book a Mummy MOT with Amy, and I’m so glad he did. I was feeling slightly lost postpartum with my physical recovery and unsure how best to ease myself back in and rebuild after a physically difficult pregnancy.
My session with Amy was one of the most validating experiences of my entire postpartum journey. What I expected to be a standard check-up turned into a thorough and thoughtful two-hour session exploring my pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience.
Amy is incredibly knowledgeable, but what truly sets her apart is how deeply she cares about the women she supports. She created a space where I felt genuinely heard - not just physically assessed, but truly understood. Her insight into the postpartum period and the way women are often left to navigate it alone was both eye-opening and reassuring.
I left feeling stronger, more confident and far more motivated to care for myself, not out of pressure, but out of respect for what my body has done.
Amy truly goes above and beyond. This experience was far more than a check-up - it was empowering, supportive and something every postpartum woman deserves.

Thank you so much for your lovely review Claire. We are so pleased you are feeling stronger and more confident in yourself. Your positive feedback about Amy and George means so much. We look forward to seeing you soon.
Brilliant experience with the Mommy MOT with Sal. I attended four months postpartum and she was so kind and helpful, I’m feeling much more confident about my fitness journey now. It’s a really thorough appointment and I will definitely be back for a follow up.

Hi Jen, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a 5* review. We are so pleased you had such a good experience with Sal and we look forward to seeing you again. Beaconsfield Health Hub.
I can not recommend Amy highly enough - I initially saw her for a Mummy MOT five months postpartum, and have chosen to continue to see her for routine osteopath appointments since.
From the first appointment she has been understanding, hugely knowledgeable and put me completely at ease. I've found all her help and advice invaluable in my recovery.

Wow. I had an extended appointment with Jean Cock as I hadn’t seen him before. He is super impressive and immensely knowledgeable. He’s the all round business - osteopathy, cranial osteopathy, functional medicine. You’ll be lucky to see him.

Hi Jane, thank you for such a brilliant review! We are really happy to have Jean on the team. Thank you for trusting us to look after you.
I had an appointment with Michaela at their lovely premises in Old Beaconsfield when I had a problem with my hip and could barely walk or bend down. She was friendly and thorough with her questions and she gave me some manageable stretches and exercises to do which only took a few minutes. I did them several times a day and not only did they completely cure my hip, but my back which had also been giving me problems, has never felt better. Just amazing! I highly recommend a visit if you have any nagging aches or pains.

I’ve been seeing Amy at the Beaconsfield Health Hub, for a number of months now. Amy is very knowledgeable and approachable. I felt instantly at ease when I met her. I have made so much progress in such a short time. I would gladly recommend Amy and have recommended Amy to a number of women.

Thanks so much Tina for your 5 star review. We are so pleased you have made so much progress.
I’ve just finished a wonderful combined session with Sal (physiotherapist) and Max (personal trainer). I’m almost 10 weeks postpartum and have had several incredibly useful and informative sessions with Sal regarding postpartum health and pelvic floor recovery. Thanks to the homework she provided, I was ready for my first PT session with Max today, and Sal was there to provide additional feedback, support, and even held my baby whilst I did the exercises!
I understand that postpartum recovery requires patience and time, but with the expert guidance and support from both Sal and Max, I left the session feeling genuinely empowered. They’ve taught me manageable, bite-sized exercises that I can incorporate into my daily routine of raising a family.
I would highly recommend them to any mum, regardless of how far postpartum you are!

I have been receiving Pilates one-to-one instruction from Sarah Fleming for several months, being new to this practice. I have found Sarah's gentle, steady encouragement helps me to find the confidence to move beyond my limitations in a way that feels safe yet transformative. Sarah doesn't just demonstrate a move, she takes time to explain the 'why'. She has made me feel much more confident about myself after many years of back pain. I highly recommend her.

Thank you so much Eileen for leaving us such a good review. We are so pleased you are enjoying your pilates sessions with Sarah and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
I cannot praise the team at the Beaconsfield Health Hub (BHH) highly enough.
I have significant lordosis and kyphosis problems (S shaped spine) and have been to many specialist practitioners, had MRI scans, injections, nerve oblations, all to no avail. My spine cannot be corrected but the muscles supporting everything are the issue. That’s what causes the significant back and shoulder pain.
Our doctor recommended the BHH which is run by Amy and George together with a highly competent team, all of whom are delightful and work very effectively together.
At my first meeting with George he identified the sources of most of my problems and also found I have legs of unequal length. His osteo treatment is the best I have encountered.
As the senior osteopath, he briefs one of his Pilates team, in my case the delightful Reb, to a specific programme executed on a one-to-basis not available in a class format. This works!
My wife is in the care at Amy who provides specialist treatment for women; she is delighted with this exceptional care.
The environment at the BHH is lovely, the team is very friendly and very accomplished. Specialist treatment packages are available making it cost efficient.
Cannot recommend this practice highly enough!

Thank you so much Keith for your wonderful review. We're delighted to hear what a positive experience you and your wife have had with everyone here at the hub. It is a pleasure to treat you both.
Great experience - especially with Margherita
Had ongoing treatment for a running issue, Margherita really invested in getting to the issue of a marathon running niggle. Including working through bloodworm and follow up treatment with me. Had a range of physio therapy elsewhere beforehand which hadn't got to the bottom or really invested in finding out what was occurring to cause the injury. Highly recommend

Thank you so much for your 5 star review and for sharing your great experience with Margherita. We're very happy you feel that time was taken to understand your needs and that your treatment was effective.
I found the Beaconsfield health hub when looking for local treatment for my Achilles. Managed to get an appointment quickly with George and he treated me with Shock wave therapy, almost instant relief after weeks of pain and I was even able to play 9 holes the same day. The team were great, the clinic is really impressive and with onsite parking which was ideal given how busy beaconsfield can be. I will be recommending to all my friends and family. Thank you!

Thank you so much for your brilliant review and we're so pleased to hear how effective the shockwave therapy was for you. Your positive feedback about the clinic means a lot to George and the rest of the team.
I’ve had quite a few appointments with Max and Amy and it is honestly the best money I’ve ever spent!!
As someone who’s always been too nervous to go to the gym, Max has completely changed that! We came up with a routine that was fitted to me, so I actually enjoy it (Which I never thought I’d say!)
And Amy is so amazing! As someone who struggles with PCOS Amy has helped me understand and manage something that felt impossible. For the first time, I actually feel in control of my body!
As well as this, I can message them at any time for any advice from diet to hormones to controlling stress.
I genuinely could not recommend anything more.

Thank you for your 5 star review, and sharing your experiences with Amy and Max. We are delighted to hear you feel taken care of, and how much you value the services we provide. Keep up the great work in the gym!
I recently took my 7-year-old daughter to see Kaya and had a truly excellent experience. Kaya was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring throughout the appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made my daughter feel completely at ease, and really listened to our concerns.
We left with a simple, easy-to-follow set of exercises and a clear plan moving forward, which gave us a lot of confidence. I’m really grateful for her thoughtful approach and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring osteopath.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience with Kaya! We're thrilled to hear she made your visit so positive and reassuring. Your kind words mean a lot, and we’re glad you felt confident with the care provided.
I’d highly recommend the Mummy MOT at Beaconsfield Health Hub. Amy spent time both examining me physically and discussing how to help me feel like myself again. She supported me in creating a plan to rebuild my core after a C-section so I can confidently return to running and the other sports I love. The whole process feels very personalised and focused on my individual needs, offering a level of detail and guidance that went beyond what was covered at my routine 8-week check with the GP.

Hi Julia, thank you so much for taking the time to give the Hub, Amy in particular such a wonderful review. We are delighted to hear you've managed to get back to your sports. All the best
It is difficult to put into words just how important Amy at Beaconsfield Health Hub has become to me, as an osteopath, a Pilates instructor, and after over a decade of weekly and bi-weekly treatment and instruction, a friend.
When I first visited Amy I suffered from chronic back pain (as in every waking moment of every day) as well problems with my neck and both shoulders, and was so physically weak from inactivity I could not manage a single push-up or sit-up without a lot of help. Needless to say my mental health was not the best either.
Today, I have a wholly different quality of life. I practice Pilates twice per week, need osteopathic treatment perhaps quarterly instead of weekly, and my chronic pain is a thing of the past. I no longer sit in a chair all day in fear of injury, I work in my garden, I have great core strength, and have even recently taken up martial arts.
I had resigned myself to a life of pain and inactivity but thanks to Amy can now look forward to an active and enjoyable retirement (I am now 60 years of age and am fitter and healthier than I have been in 25 years or more).
Needless to say I would not hesitate to recommend Amy to anyone with musculoskeletal pain or weakness. I have no doubt at all that she will help ease the pain with osteopathic treatment, and help you avoid it coming back with instruction in Pilates.
